House vacation rentals in Nejapa

Definitely a spectacular vacation and a beautiful place to spend time with the family. We will continue to visit this beautiful place on our next vacation and I would really recommend it 100%

My family and I had a great time at Casa Martha. The house is clean and organized. Furniture is well maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable to sleep in. Bathrooms are clean and in good condition. The ceiling fans and air conditioning work great and really help keep the bedrooms cool. There are ceiling fans and regular fans downstairs to keep the first floor cool. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and everything was easy to find. The appliances are clean and ready to use. The backyard is beautiful with plants and greenery. The pool was clean and was so fun to use. It is also maintenanced weekly. Since the house is in a gated community, the area is very quiet and safe. There is a guard overlooking the community entrance day and night. No traffic/street noise heard at all. There is a plaza nearby with good restaurants/cafes and is easy to walk to. Gertrudis responded in a timely manner to any concerns/questions and provided friendly customer service.

Place was great, Marlene and Marco (the housekeepers) were great as well. They helped us with anything we needed but also weren’t in the way. Beautiful location, would definitely stay again

Mauricio is a great host ... very pleasant ... communication was good and he was able to accommodate some unexpected changes we had. The place is clean and the neighborhood is safe. It's outside of the city which might work for some better than others. A nice view of the mountains outside the front door.

My family and I had a heavenly retreat and we felt we were in paradise !! Also the house was well decorated and very clean I felt like I was home !! Thank you Jose and Roberto his assistant they hosted with grace ! Rene Guzman

The place is WONDERFUL! It's a small house but VERY COZY! Everything is very clean, the spaces are well-equipped and have everything you need. I'd stay there if I could. In addition, the managers, without people, are friendly, accessible and very human. This makes the place special. I would definitely stay there again without hesitation! —- I loved everything!

We loved Jeremy's house. The house is very clean and big. Angela, the housekeeper, is a very good person. She welcomed us very kindly and helped us with whatever we asked without any problem. One thing they could improve would be the gate, since it was always a problem not being able to open it. It's a bit complicated.

The house exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, well-equipped and in a great location for what we needed. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay, and the host was very kind and attentive, always available for any questions. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

From the start the place was fantastic. It is located in a great neighborhood and is within walking distance to many great pupuserias, taquerias, and a great little bakery/breakfast spot. The home is three levels with a washer and dryer and is an excellent option for families. We had 9 people ranging from 6-76 years and there was plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommend and plan to book in the future!

I greatly appreciate how quick & responsive the hosts were during our stay. A couple hiccups came up but they were quickly rectified/fixed because of how quick, efficient and proactive Chris & fellow co-hosts were so we truly can’t take away one star. The house was exactly as pictured and was incredibly clean. It’s not easy to find a home in a gated & private community with a hot water tank so we incredibly appreciated having a working hot water tank. To note, the hot water got hot quickly. We also appreciated the potable water faucet and how there was a closet full of available clean towels, bed linens, beach towels, etc. It didn’t feel like we were restricted to “one towel each” during our stay which was really nice. Truly a comfortable and clean stay - 5/5 stars. Thank you again!

Great stay in Ciudad Marsella! We loved this little place that had everything we needed.

We’re so grateful to Eduardo for sharing his beautiful property with us, it truly made for a memorable family getaway. The highlight for us was the absolutely stunning view of Lake Coatepeque. The floor-to-ceiling glass walls in the main bedrooms offered breathtaking vistas. The kitchen island and dining area were perfect for gathering, while the game room and karaoke machine gave us plenty of fun moments during our stay. With a group of eight, the home offered ample space for everyone. Eduardo, along with Alexis and his wife who take care of the property, were incredibly responsive to anything we needed. Their kindness and hospitality truly enhanced our experience. One thing to mention is that the road to the house, is a bit rough and adds some travel time. That said, the spectacular views are absolutely worth it. We’d recommend doing a grocery run before arriving to minimize trips in and out. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and are thankful to Eduardo. We’d love to come back!

Wow! Amazing property! The pictures do not capture the breathtaking view of the lake and the size of the property! The house was clean and very spacious and lots of green space for our kids to run around. We were obsessed with the landscaping and trees surrounding the property, it truly was a private oasis. Restaurants are near walking distance and can also deliver food by boat. We really hope to come back in the future. I would only advise that the driveway to exit is steep, so having the right vehicle would be helpful.

This place is absolutely beautiful! Andrea and her team were responsive and friendly. This place is perfect for a weekend getaway with the family to enjoy peaceful days at the lake. It was also spotless clean when we got there, and the staff was very supportive throughout our stay. Definite plus for booking with a large group. It’s very spacious and the landscaping looks as beautiful as in the photos. We will definitely considere it for a next getaway at the lake!
