Over the years it has been through many renovations. Finally extended to make it more spacious and more comfortable. It also holds some additional vintage furniture a wooden truck passed down over 4 generations. Check in after 12.00 pm and check out max by 9am. This place will make you feel at home in a tropical island home for sure!

Our stay was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and offered stunning views during both sunrise and sunset—truly a highlight of our trip. The host went above and beyond by providing a packaged complimentary breakfast, which was perfect as we had an early flight. Such thoughtful gestures made our experience even better. Mr. Ameer was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly during our stay. The space was impeccably clean, and the fresh towels and sheets added an extra touch of comfort. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and memorable visit. Thank you for such excellent hospitality!

We booked 8 rooms, Prateek is very responsive, we did not meet him. His manager takes care of the hotel. It was value for money. No showoff just a decent place to stay, AC , hot water and accommodating staff. We had some problems with bed sheets, it was corrected on request. There is no lift, it was inconvenient for few elderly people in our group as rooms are in 2nd and 3rd floors. All rooms face the road. Though there enough light due to this, you will get vehicle sound and few people complained about it. Do not expect buffet breakfast. It is simple packed 4 idli breakfast. This was okay for us for the price we paid. Overall it was a decent stay at Prateek’s place.

Really amazing location. Beach is just half a minute walk away. Staff is very responsive. Rooms are clean and comfortable. All basic amenities available. The resort beach is One of the best beach on the island. Go for if don’t think too much.

Thanks for the helping my stay, staff is good and they helped me out in renting a scooty as well as helped in getting an auto for my early morning driving.

Staying at Ashish's home stay was a true rescue from mainland India. Not only did I find the exotic surroundings delightful, the grasp of five star hospitality was truly on point. Ashish goes out of his way in every way possible to ensure a pleasant stay. From the moment we were received at the airport to departure Ashish made us feel taken care of and important. His mother's breakfast was a special treat each morning. Ashish made renting a sootie possible and a breeze. His family was a true blessing in more ways then I have room to write.

We had an amazing time at this property! It’s literally a piece of Bali that you can experience in Andaman. The staff, service and food all are fantastic! It has a secret beach which is at a 15 minute hike from the property. It’s an absolutely stunning beach and completely un crowded! The only drawback of this place is the location. It is really far from the mainland and there are literally no shops or restaurants nearby at all. It is very inconvenient and expensive if you need to go the mainland or to any sightseeing places as taxis or autos charge higher prices due to the location and bad road. Other than that, if you are only going to stay inside the villa, it is worth every penny!

A good place to stay in Port blair. Near to the jetty. The host are really nice people. Had some great south indian dinner and breakfast. They provided us with free airport drop and also made some arrangements to visit rose island so that we need not be in long queue to take boat takes at the jetty. Thank you for being nice host
