Vacation rentals with a patio in Negros

The place is amazing with fast wifi connection. We really enjoyed the sofa and living room for our family bonding. I hope next time they will put some toiletries with both bathrooms and more kitchen utensils, and put some air fresheners. As for the host, they respond so slow and even didn't accomodate with wifi connection questions maybe because they are on a vacation so we have to discover it ourselves since the password given was incorrect. Overall, I will still recommend this place for their beautiful interior.

I really enjoyed my time at this unit! I felt right at home! It looks just like the pictures. The layout of the unit was perfect. I loved the view from the window. It was my first time visiting Cebu city coming from the US and it was just what I needed. I was truly able to rest and have some alone time from all the hustle & bustle. The location is quite convenient as well as it's not too far from Ayala Center Cebu, I suggest getting an "Angkas" or motorcycle ride. I had a minor issue but Miss Jean was very quick to response and she genuinely cared that I felt comfortable during my stay! Amazing host and cozy unit. I highly recommend you book this place!!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was very comfortable and we were washed fins for snorkeling and a motorcycle to go to the village :)

Very responsive host. Great place to stay and relax after a day at the beach. The apartment building is tucked away but you can always hail a habal-habal or tricycle. Better option is to rent a motorbike to get around easily. Well recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Charlotta’s property and feel so grateful we found it (and at such last minute!). The property is beautiful, modern and clean, and is located right on the beachfront. It’s in a quieter area, around 40 minutes from the port, which was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the whole island. They even arranged for their driver - lovely Leo - to collect us from the port on arrival, and also drop us back when leaving. There are 2 scooters available to rent for a very cheap price on the property which was an added bonus so we didn’t have to go out looking for them and collecting them. All tourist hotspots were just short scooter rides away so you never had to travel too far. We arrived very late due to our ferry being late and Catherine stayed at the property late to show us around (thank you again!). We were blown away by how spacious and modern the property is - it’s even better than the photos! You must stay in this property when visiting Siquijor!!

We felt safe and peaceful in the house and in the neighborhood area, had clean and much ample space, and most importantly, the hosts were very understanding of our needs and responsive throughout our stay. Very clean and nice place to stay with your family and friends. If you are from outside Iloilo, much better to rent a car to save money.

Ocean Luxx provided us a home away from home. The house was very clean. The gift basket was really nice and sweet. Loloy was very helpful in assisting us finding rides and anything that we needed. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was great. My family enjoyed the karaoke machine. We also enjoyed the pool and the sunsets by the pool. Incredible property that didn't disappoint. Spacious with an unmatched view, very responsive and friendly hosts. Not much for restaurants around so you will have to travel if wanting to eat out but it's located near the middle of the island so great access to the mountains and experiences. lots of fisherman right on front of the house so you can go down and try some sea urchin! You will probably want to rent motorbikes as van rentals are pricey in that area and not sure how readily available Grab is. Can also your tricycles from Pangloa if you are a family.

All our requests were met friendly and we had support with almost whatever we wanted. Place require scooter to go anywhere or tuk tuk. Scooter is better Great breakfast (smoothies, their town hill breakfast), eggs breakfast was so-so. They helped with setup cinema a few times and ordered dinner from local restaurant (very good) and served it on their plates. Looked fantastic and was delicious actually I would probably come again

We enjoyed our stay at Kenneth's place. There were 5 of us, and the place was spacious and comfortable. The host was very helpful too, and it was easy to follow the instructions is checking in and using the facilities of the house.

This is a recommended place to stay for those who want to enjoy a private and quiet resort for adults. Everything was as described. There were detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the airport and how to check in. There were plenty of towels and a gift of snacks in the room. The clean kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. The resort staff were all friendly, and the area was very calm and quiet. The resort building is quite far from the entrance, so you need a taxi to get out. You can purchase a one-day pass at the resort for $1,800, but the maximum you can use for meals is $1,100, and breakfast was $1,000. There are not many fish on the compact private beach. If you want to enjoy the beach, I recommend joined an island hopping tour.

This was a great stay! It was perfect distance to megaworld and the festive walk, but still wasn’t crazy busy! The staff were friendly and the host was always very responsive and understanding. The pool was amazing 10/10!

Grace is very responsive even late nights already. I appreciate more about how the host respond because I know the place is already given to be clean and tidy.

Excellent place. Items that were left behind were sent by the host to our home address. We are very grateful because items can only be bought in Iloilo. Very honest host, 100% recommend.

Amazing place, great location , close to beach and restaurants. There was a lot of building work going on next to the building which made sleeping at night not so good but it could not be helped I suppose, Karl was a lovely host and made us feel very welcomed. Our family enjoyed our stay at this amazing home and will definitely stay there again when we visit again x

Place is super accessible to the airport and nearby restaurants. The hosts are very responsive and are always willing to help with anything which made our stay seamless! Highly recommend this to place everyone 😁
