Mabait and considerate po because she let us extend some more hours to stay just to kill time while waiting for our flight. They have good amenities, guards are all welcoming. If you want a peaceful place to sleep you can consider this place Mivesa Garden Residences. Not too crowded, near to some food establishment. Easy to find. 👍

Clean, out of the crowded and messy Alona, with good WI-FI. I never met Anna, but she always communicated with me timely and kindly providing all I needed. Highly recommended.

Lovely modern unit with strong wifi in great location surrounded by high-end cafes and restaurants. Very large tv with Netflix and Amazon subscriptions perfect for watching movies. Has everything needed for a great stay⭐️

Enjoyed our stay here, the apartment is big, it’s not far from Valencia square, but transportation is recommended. We had a problem with the AC and Maria and staff were quick to respond.

We stayed at Charisma's place for two weeks and we had a great time. The room is spacious, and the garden very pleasant. The wifi connexion is great too as they have a fiber connexion. it is located around 10 minutes away from San Juan, so all restaurants are easily accessible by bike. We will be back, thank you Charisma and Sascha!

Brixie and Laurie are great hosts! Had to check in very early and last min due to an emergency and they were able to cater my request without any issue! The place is clean too, has gym and pool and most of all pet friendly.

The host is responsive and responsive friendly, even letting us to check-in earlier. And a large bottle of water is provided which we didn’t expect. The location is accessible , we can easy to reach many places around the city . It’s a desirable choice if we want to visit the city.

When we arrived the host forgot to send a self check in instructions. We were waiting for 30 min. I would not complicate if we would get a message after: "Sorry that you were waiting" or something like this. The host just pretended that nothing happened and gave no apology. I found this not respectful. But all the other things were perfect. Location is nice and the room is very nice as well.

Modern and contemporary studio apartment. Walkable to IT Park. Excellent communication with host. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing stay here at RIK. Very spacious, clean and modern. The host was friendly and helpful. I must add the laundry service at the lobby is one of the best in Philippines 10/10 Wish we had stayed here longer to enjoy the space! Highly recommend☺️

The resort is very nice and the room is new construction and nicely designed. There is a rooftop deck, a nice pool, and you can swim in the ocean even though there’s no beach. The WiFi is very good from the outdoor restaurant but you only get a few bars in the room. The bed is very comfortable and there were no bugs in the room The resort seems to be Chinese owned which was not a problem for us

Cynthia’s place was lovely, close to the downtown area but at the same time enjoying peace and quiet. Great Aircon, clean toilets and a very comfy bed. there was a private kitchen with fridge, and also shared kitchen which we didn't use, but it's a great addition. My favorite part was the swimming pool, as I had direct access to it from the balcony of my room, it was large and clean and I enjoyed it.

It was a short notice stay but I was very happy we were able to book with them. Very accessible and Metro Ayala is just in front of the Condo. Also, SM is more or less 10 minutes away. Plus, the owner is very responsive and you feel secure inside the condo since they have tight security protocols. I highly recommended them if you’re planning to stay in Bacolod.
