Recommended! iIf you want to have a peaceful bonding in the balcony, this place is great! they have a table and 2 chairs at the balcony, also have wine glasses. You only need to buy/bring your own drinks, then you can chill there and gave a good talk with ur company. Also, lots of good restaurant and malls in the surrounding. if you need to buy/do something, there's 7/11 around, or dept stores, salon, etc.

This place was awesome. Bed was conformable and the A/C worked great. The balcony was actually usable with 2 chairs and a table on it. The staff that worked at the complex is very friendly and helpful. The Gym was nice and modern. I would for sure stay here again.

Korina’s place feels like home the first time we set foot in it. It has a very cozy vibe and it has almost everything that we need in a home. Korina is also very responsive in my inquiries and the staff in the condo are very polite and accommodating. We will definitely book again the place on our next visit to iloilo city.

Our stay at Raphael's place was great. It made our Iloilo trip super smooth as the location of the place is very accessible to all establishments and transportation.

The place is really huge, and hosts are very accomodating. I love the candle smells. Our fave spots are kitchen and living room. Things are very easy to find and with complete kitchen utensils (mula pagluto, pagkain, hanggang paghugas). Masyadong tinaas ang standard kaya na-off na kami sa sumunod na place namin. Highly recommended, everyone!

The property has a peaceful charm with a relaxing atmosphere, a private pool, karaoke, and beautiful surroundings—ideal if you’re looking to completely unplug and stay put. However, our experience was mixed due to several factors that future guests should be aware of. The biggest challenge was the location. The house is remote and not listed in the city’s tourism directory, making it hard for local transport providers to locate. Accessibility is heavily impacted by the tides—depending on the time of day, getting in and out requires a flat boat (at an extra fee), which felt like a charge that should have been included in the price. While island hopping was available, it came at an additional cost, and leaving the property for any activities required extra planning and expense. If you’re not planning to explore and are content staying at the property, this might not be an issue—but it’s something to keep in mind.

The place is nice, clean and safe. It's really good for family and barkada. The caretakers are friendly and approachable.

Highly Recommended! Very accessible to Dumanggas Port and Public Market hihihi. Malinis din ang place and has complete set of appliances and other stuff you need to have a comfortable stay. The accomodation is a very homey place to stay. Quiet neighborhood but near activities, restaurants and accessible to transportation. Will surely consider booking again if we'll have the chance to visit Maoalbaoal in the future. Thank you!

Phillip's home is really a home away from home. It is very spacious and contains basic needs. The kitchen is almost complete and we were able to cook our meals. This is a huge plus as we are a group on a budget. Kuya Greg was also very helpful to us and always asks if we need something. This place is around 15 minutes away from the airport and if perfect if you want to move away from the noisy city. Highly recommended and will book again when I go back to Iloilo.

We had a good stay in this place. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It has a functional design which we liked. The host was very nice and accommodating. When we had a problem with the drain, she was quick to respond and fix the problem. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Le logement proposé par Thérèse est très agréable à vivre, bien situé au calme et à proximité rapide de toutes commodités en scooter pour quelques minutes de route à peine. L'assistance offerte en partie par Mona est superbe, elles savent répondre à vos questions et vous aiguiller en cas de besoin. Nous avons adoré notre séjour ici et aurions même souhaité qu'il dure un peu plus longtemps. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés et passerons l'adresse avec plaisir à de futurs voyageurs si l'occasion se présente. Encore merci pour tout !! Petit bonus pour les chiens (tous très gentils, non dérangeants et silencieux) et spécialement Marco qui fut notre petit coup de coeur 🐶

This was a great stay! It was perfect distance to megaworld and the festive walk, but still wasn’t crazy busy! The staff were friendly and the host was always very responsive and understanding. The pool was amazing 10/10!

This place was absolutely amazing! The unit was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed—from a comfy bed to fast WiFi and a smart TV with Netflix. The balcony view was a great bonus, and having direct access to Robinsons Mall made everything super convenient. I loved being able to use the gym, billiards room, and the pool, which was clean and peaceful. Check-in was smooth, and Evelyn was a great host—responsive, helpful, and clearly takes pride in her space. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Bacolod. Highly recommend!

It is always great when you get a host that goes out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Chiechie was quick to respond to the issues faced. Despite facing some initial problems at the unit (plumbing) and lack of amenities (soap/shampoo), the host was quick the try and rectify the issue with maintenance. Always reassuring to have a host like this when you’re travelling for work/leisure.
