Very nice and clean place. Everything was according to the description. Nice pool in the yard. Plenty of room. Felt very good and secured. Staff was helpful and made everything so we could feel as comfortable as possible. Nice balconies.:) Highly recommended if you are in a region!:)

This place was awesome, it was by far my favorite place I stayed while visiting the Philippines. The hosts were both great, they were knowledgeable about the local hotspots, and even guided us to a uncrowded beach for snorkeling. I will definitely stay here again my next trip.

Our group of 6 really enjoyed our stay here. The resort was tucked far enough from town to be quiet and relaxing, but close enough for meals out and day trips to Iloilo. The staff was very friendly and helpful - this was the first time 2 of our party have travelled outside of the USA and the staff made us all feel very comfortable and well cared for. We especially enjoyed the pool, comfort of our rooms, and helpfulness of front desk staff in arranging transportation and excursions for us. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, resort-style experience with easy accessibility to Iloilo.

Staying at the Balay Pahayan during the Dinagyang Festival was an absolute delight for our team. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the entire house. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Vhanj went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and was always friendly and approachable. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking sunset view from the house. It provided a stunning backdrop to our evenings and created a truly magical atmosphere while we're working. We also had the pleasure of enjoying the jacuzzi and pool, which added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. First of all, the staff at Na-Yah Beach Villas are the most amazing people and the most welcoming people I’ve met. My family and I had the best of time at Azela’s Villa. The place was very spacious , was able to fit 10 adults and 2 kids. The only disappointing thing about our stay was it was too short. Will definitely come back here and stay for longer next time. My family had a great time. The house was big and spacious, with parking area as well. Allison was a great host and was very responsive and also considerate by letting us use one room before checkin time. Would highly recommend this esp to big groups.

Had an amazing stay🤩

The place is nice and cozy. Staff are approachable and accomodating. Has a great view and perfect place to unwind. A lot of space for pets to roam. The beach is on the rocky side but still manageable, some of the house appliance needs maintenance. I wish they informed us ahead of time that pets aren't allowed inside the room so we could bring their beds as they sleep on the hallway. Overall we had a great time and we were satistified with outlr stay.

Smooth check in w/the house manager, Bernie, meeting to provide an overview of amenities/things to know & being readily available. Check out was also easy as it only required sending a message depature day. The property is as depicted & it's within a humble Filipino community where locals are kind. With that being said, there are some quirks like the 5/6am morning roosters calls/dogs barks as the locals start their day. I didn't mind this as it served as an alarm for early excursions set up by the coordinator that the host connected me to (while more expensive, transport was reliable & logistics=well organized). There was lots of trash on the beach upon arrival. This improved on subsequent days making the beach welcoming. The sliding doors could benefit from some repairs as they were difficult to close/lock due to poor alignment. Also using the pool involved a bit of balancing act due to the narrowness of the ledge to reach the pool stairs. Best feature was the outside shower!

We had a fantastic stay at this private villa! The highlight was definitely having our own pool—it was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing in privacy. The villa itself was spotless upon arrival, with fresh linens, tidy rooms, and a modern, welcoming ambiance. Bali feels! 🌴 Everything felt secure and peaceful, ideal for a quiet getaway. Highly recommend if you want to escape the city! We feel relaxed and refreshed.

A great stay in this just amazing house! The sea water was agitated so not great for snorkeling and apartment to enjoy this dream environment there is not much to do... however if you come with the idea of a relaxing stay or with friends.

This property far exceeded our expectations. We were looking for somewhere close to Sumilon Island and the whale shark tours. It was even closer than the map indicated. You can see the island from the property and the boat dock was 5 minutes away. The whale shark tour was about 2 minutes farther. The surroundings were exceptional. We snorkeled every day right off of the property and saw everything we could imagine in 3 days. There were sea turtles, dolphins, and we did not even need the whale shark tour as they passed by right in front of the property. Moreover, the place comes with an exceptional staff that provides everything you need. Fay and Jay were also wonderful. This is a hidden gem in Cebu. My family and I will definitely be staying here again.

Very good value for money, great for families and multiple friends

The place was okay clean, cozy, and all the details were accurate. We encountered a brownout during our stay, and the downside was that they didn’t have a backup generator. Also, the caretaker was a bit off not very approachable when it came to assisting us. But overall, the experience was great.

Waking up to the sounds of birds chirping and fresh air truly immersed us in nature's tranquility. The pool was a fantastic bonus, allowing us to enjoy refreshing swims even at night. The house itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, including powerful air conditioning and all the essential amenities. Mila's friendly staff made us feel welcome and ensured a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of city life and a chance to reconnect with nature.
