We have stayed at many of the condos within this location & I can say this one by far was one of the BEST!!! Location was great and condo was beautiful and clean, which for us is extremely important. We will absolutely be staying in this specific unit again!!

Erika's studio is the perfect place to stay in Parker! I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The place was spotless and incredibly comfortable. I felt exceptionally safe and was provided everything I needed thanks to the spectacular host! Highly recommend this place, especially if you are traveling for work like me. Everything is close by (a quick drive) from groceries, to the lookout points, and the hospital. Thank you Erika for letting me stay and making my first trip to Parker such a positive experience!

This was a great location and has access to river. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Felt at home. Pool and area around was clean. All amenities were as described. Comfortable bed and great shower. Great price. I am definitely comming back to Josephs place. I Would definitely recommend this place.

The house is perfect for my birthday! The aesthetic of the house is beautiful, every detail and design, they did a good job building it. A dream house for a bachelor like me. Renting a boat and jetski from them is also a great and fun experience! My family and friends enjoyed my birthday weekend. Communication is good. Dillon assisted as during our stay and he was good. Needed to checkout early, so it was nice of them to give me a credit for a day on my next trip. So till the next trip then.

my family and I love the place. Great location, very cozy home. plenty of Restaurants and Market's near by. liquor store is walking distance. family love the Jacuzzi. we are looking forward to stay here in future. Will most definitely referring our family and friends. Ruben is a great host!!!! Every time we reach out to ruben he replied within minutes. Ella is a fantastic host! She is very helpful and responsive. The home is exactly as described. In person it is better than described!! I highly recommend this home.

Analia's place was perfect for our trip! The space had room for us to park our vehicles and trailer, and was close to a park with water access. While we spent most of our time out on the water, we did enjoy the patio for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening.

It was nothing short of the vacation my family needed. With 3 different rooms and bathrooms it split up our vacation perfectly and allowed for everyone to relax and enjoy the river. Would recommend to anyone and go back again. Thanks for the amazing weekend.

Mark was very nice. He called before check-in went over everything. It was refreshing and not stressful at all. The place was perfect for my family and I. The river being your backyard is a dream. Everything was great. Didn't have to reach out for anything! The backyard sunset view was amazing.

Stayed for the night so we could visit Oatman the next day. It was super easy to find. Everything was exactly as described and just like the pictures. It was cozy and we were right at home. Lorraine was fantastic at answering questions and always responded quickly. We would definitely recommend staying and hope to visit again soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this riverside condo. The space was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as board games and access to the pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

beautiful condo, made us feel right at home. we are a family of seven, four of which are small children and we all slept comfortably. fully furnished apartment had everything you would need. we loved our stay and location and would love to stay in this exact place again next year ☺️ the host even let us check in earlier than the expected time and allowed me to add a last minute guest! thank you for a lovely vacation my family will remember forever!! 🥰

Beautiful place - loved the ground level golf course "backyard," pool was spotless and a plus and the decor was dreamy, close to many things to do! During our stay, a child accidently put a small hole in the wall after doing a summersault toward it - we let her know immediately so we could initiate repair and she was very gracious and understanding that things happen. She was also responsive throughout the stay.
