Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Crystal wine glasses etc. Fully equipped bathroom. 1 acre garden & parking. Patio to relax. NOTE: stairs are steep and we only have AC in the kitchen. In the bedrooms we have fans.

Cozy & Quiet Private Syracuse studio

Relax & Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located priavte studio. My humble home is an 10 minute drive to Syracuse university, upstate hospital, VA med center, the 240 bus stop is 13 minutes walking with about 40 minutes to the university by bus. Wegmans grocery store is an 11 min drive and the airport is 16 mins away driving. A short trip from many things to do and places to grab a bite! Check in was a breeze, i am satisfied with my stay. I had the twin room. The bed was comfortable and had a smart tv which was greatly appreciated. There is a Tops supermarket literally a 3 minute walk and you can see it from the kitchen window. Guests did respect the quiet hours so that was also good. The kitchen was clean and very organized with specific area for each room that was labeled so everyone had their own cupboard, & area in the fridge. Laundry was good too in the basement. Overall I would come back but next time I'll try for a bigger room. The entire family was very welcoming and ready to help in anyway which was awesome. thank you so much :^)

Had a great stay here. My flight was delayed and I really appreciate that Shouda accommodated a late check-in. Finding the house, getting inside, and everything was very easy. A peaceful spot to get some sleep after a long day of travel.

Great home in a safe and quiet location. I was here to attend my daughter’s graduation and also to hike a bunch of local trails. Had an excellent stay. You have your own part of the home and your own bathroom, which is very nice. Christopher works from home but is in another part of the house. He is there if you need anything, but you still have privacy and your own space. I greatly enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again.
