Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

The apartment is in the station building, which was built in 1868 by the Baden district building authority Heidelberg from local, yellowish sandstone. The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from the beautiful old town. You find in few minutes to foot numerous ✔Cafés ✔Restaurants & ✔Shops. The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.

Beautiful bright studio in Möckmühl

The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close by.

Small cozy guest house in a quiet residential area (small cul-de-sac). It's just a few steps to the forest and the Auweinberge-Fuchsenloch nature reserve. Day trips to several castles and the Wolfs- and Margaretenschlucht are possible directly from the house. Two touring bikes are available for bike tours. Organic market, discount store and shopping center are within a 10-15 minute walk.

A home, only for me

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
