Night fish on the pier under the many lights and don't forget the awesome views. The owners do live upstairs and share the outside areas on occasion.

Kitchen has NO STOVE, but appliances for cooking full meals, large closet and full bath. It is located near most of the local refineries and is great for an out of town worker. The apt has all you would need for a one night stay or long term. If staying longer than a week or two, it may not be comfortable for 2 people.
