Right on the cove of Orange tx. 3 minutes drive from New Chevron plant expansion and Dow. 20 minutes to port Arthur , 30 minutes to Beaumont and Lake Charles . Complete update duplex with fresh clean home to ensure guests will have a nice and comfortable stay. Surveillance cameras outside parking for safety reason . Additional fees for non register guests, pet or not respect house rules .
