Set in the heart of Swansea marina with a 30 second walk to the beach. A perfect little bolt hole with a luxury bedroom extra large bathroom and utility kitchen room. Please note there is no living room. This one bedroom flat takes up the ground floor of a large town house. Rear entrance with a security code for your convenience. This will be great for a quick get away or someone who doesn't wish to spend long periods at the premises. Though everything is provided TV , luxury bedding with brand new double bed and linen. Teas coffee and milk will be provide with luxury hand soaps and hand cream. A free parking spot is also provided. We will Promise this to be the cleanest and most convenient for local bars restaurants, beach and the city centre which is a 10 minute walk away. Perfect for a cheap night away for the busy couple who are looking to sleep in comfort.

Giving direct trains to Swansea, Cardiff, Bristol, London Paddington and Manchester. There is free unallocated Parking to the rear of the property, and designated visitor bays to the front. It is located one street behind the high street making it convenient for local restaurants and bars while still being very quiet. Tata steel is a 7 minutes drive away

Cwmbach Lodges are best described as woodland retreat. They are fully equipped to a very high standard as well as furnished for comfort. Parking spaces for four cars and extra private spaces nearby on the property. There is a laundry room, a tourist information point, plus an area for your tired boots and equipment after walking the many miles of footpaths which start just 100m away.
