The cozy house is just what you need for a relaxing vacation. Amazing location with sea view and walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. All necessities are available in the house, incl. a much appreciated expresso machine and even a welcome package.

Elena and Christos were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and always eager to help. We absolutely loved our stay at their place - and we will surely miss the wonderful private garden (which was incredibly well kept) and the pool. The house was well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The spacious outdoor area is beautifully green, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is very calm, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

it was very good in terms of children, we had no parking problems, the suggestions and instructions were sufficient, the internet was good, the house was very well designed, the host gave information about the restaurant and the environment. There is only 5 km distance between the location in the app and the real location. This may be a problem for those who do not come with their own vehicle. I would definitely recommend it for families with children.

The house is beautiful and as described. It was very clean and had most everything you will need. It is a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants. It is also convenient for driving to other area beaches. The only recommendation we have is to include pool/beach towels. That would have been very helpful. Arabella responds very quickly to any questions or inquiries. Great house! Highly recommend and would rent here again.

We liked the house very much; it had everything; the host Stratos had thought of everything; he also gave us very good information about places to visit in the area. You can walk from the house to the beach; there are markets in the village where you can find everything. I definitely recommend this house.

Exceptional Stay at Victoria’s Apartments #2 I recently had the pleasure of staying at Victoria’s Apartments #2 in Paralia Nea Triglias, and it was an exceptional experience. The accommodation is modern, new, and immaculately clean. The apartment felt incredibly comfortable and welcoming, making it a perfect home away from home. The location is ideal, situated just a short walk from the sea and beach, allowing for easy access to the beautiful coastline. Additionally, it's conveniently close to Pueblo Bar, which offers a great spot for relaxation and enjoying the local nightlife. For an 8-night stay, I found the apartment to be excellent value for money. It provided all the necessary amenities and more. I highly recommend Victoria’s Apartments #2 to anyone seeking a tranquil and enjoyable seaside escape!

Maria's place is the perfect beach house for a family get away. Beautiful yard with a big lawn for kids to play - full fenced and secure. Right across the road from the beach, you literally have a 150 degree view of the water from the terrace. Next door is a playground for kids and a taverna if you don't feel like cooking. The house itself is modern, clean and nicely furnished, comfortable beds, pillows and enough towels. Maria was an amazing host who was quick with responses and flexible for our check in and check out. I highly recommend Maria's place for your next Greek beach vacation. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Alterra Vitta’s home by sea! Firstly, we had clear communication and instructions about all the necessary details. At the check in we were met by Kostas which explained everything from the house, grill and washing machine etc. Additionally, they have provided us with a booklet with all the best beaches and restaurants in all of Sithonia. We had some issues with the water being cold and the pressure being a bit bad so the shower head didn’t have enough pressure to work. However, Kostas came and fixed it straight away and informed us if there would be such an issue again to inform us and he would help! But luckily there wasn’t any problem again. Lastly, we were pleased with the conditions and it looked like in the photos. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends that are planning their holiday in Sithonia!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Villa Anastasia for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway by the sea. We hope to return soon to enjoy this wonderful place once again! Beautiful apartment close to the sea. The check-in was personal and very warm. The communication was very quick and helpful. It's great that the apartment has good baby/children's equipment, great sand toys, a good washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and a kayak. The bedrooms have windows to the hallway or to the living area. When cars park in front of the fence, you see the sea less. The beach consists of fine sand, then small stones. Bathing shoes are useful. Depending on the day and time, there are sometimes more, sometimes less waves, seaweed or algae. We felt comfortable in the apartment with our two small children.

Gabriel's place is a shaded by olive trees big house with nice front and back yards. Even though most of the time we were outside enjoying beaches and sun, we found the house very comfortable for hiding from hot weather and having quiet sleep. Gabriel's was a very caring host calling us every day and helping us with our inquires. thanks!

Exceptional hosts and extremely kind and hospitable! the house was very beautiful, spotless, even the sheets and towels smelled of conditioner 🩷the yard was awesome, our little one who is 4 years old loved, didn't want to leave. it's not close to the center of Potidea, you definitely need a car to get around, but it's so beautiful and quiet where the house is, that we didn't mind at all! Thank you so much for everything, I'm sure we'll keep you in mind for next year!

Definitely will remain one of the most memorable Airbnb. Felt instantly at home. The place is spotless clean, very well equipped. The beach is very close from the house. And it’s just beautiful. Olena was very responsive, very helpful and super friendly. We are definitely looking forward to go back there.

The house has everything you need, even more. Sitting on the sofa in the living room or by the kitchen pult and looking at the sea is priceless! The beach in front is a bit stoney, but the downtown beaches are within 5 minutes walking distance. The grocery store is also within 5 minutes walking distance. It was a nice place and a nice holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Paleokastro! It’s such a peaceful and authentic place — waking up to birdsong and hearing nightingales at night was pure magic. Debby, the owner, is very very kind and even brought us some delicious local treats. Her daughter Asthasia welcomed us warmly, gave us a lovely tour, and shared great tips for local beaches, supermarkets, and tavernas. They really made us feel at home. The house is simple but very tastefully decorated, fully equipped, and we especially enjoyed the private barbecue area — perfect for relaxed evenings outside. The only very small thing we noticed was that it would be nice if the showerhead could hang, but honestly, it didn’t bother us at all. We left feeling completely relaxed and full of good memories. We can’t recommend this place enough!
