Vacation rentals with a patio in Nea Moudania

Great location and a wonderful sunrise. The flat is situated at the second floor. The space is more than generous for 2 couples. The beach is also very nice with both free areas and beach bar. One of the few places in beach front that offers parking. All together, a wonderful place for a vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us Silke and Kai.

Great location .2 min to buses, 4 min to the waterfront, minutes from many tavernas , cafes , grocery stores and half a block from a weekly farmers market! Clean, comfortable, great mattress, unending hot water, lots of dishes and appliances. Comfortable couch in the living room. Bathroom is a little small but we got used to it. Great new windows and doors with incredible sound proofing. Such a quiet apartment for city centre! Dimitri was responsive and checked in a few times to make sure we were happy with our stay. The balcony was sunny from sunrise to sunset, spacious and quiet.

Everything was perfect!!! Nikos and Eleni were really responsive and friendly ( with really good recommendations on what to do and where to eat) The house was really clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. We didn’t have any issues with parking which was a huge plus on our side. The location is perfect you can walk to anywhere you want in Afytos Thank you for everything !!!

We stayed for a week at Giorgos’s beautiful place and absolutely loved it. We loved relaxing by the pool which was at our doorstep and very private and peaceful atmosphere. Walkable distance to grocery stores and restaurants in the very cute village. Lots of beautiful beaches nearby as well. Giorgos is the perfect host - always friendly, available, and very attentive to the property. Look forward to coming back again soon.

The apartment was very clean, new, spotless, very nice furnished and fully equipped. Quick access to restaurants and supermarket. Also very close to beaches.

The location was amazing! The view of the water and being in the heart of many restaurants, grocery stores and attractions was amazing. You can see Mount Olympus from the airbnb… so amazing! Check in/check out were easy and the host communicated quickly when we had questions!

Excellent location, sandy beach at 3 min drive. We arrived long before check in, the host was in the yard and opened us to enter, both he and his wife extraordinary people! 🤍 I made up to the car, the wheel was no longer good, she went with me to buy a new wheel at vulcanization, thanks from the bottom of my heart for everything. 🙏 The description is not mentioned but we also had the washing machine, iron, TV and terrace, we did not miss anything, I highly recommend this place that gives you the peace you need for a wonderful vacation! Thank you Dimitrios for all the help we felt like home!

Here’s what I will write as a review: The apartment was very nice with direct access to the beach. Our host was very kind and his assistance was invaluable. The location was great and we liked having a kitchen and a washing machine. Overall great place to stay.

Lovely, quiet place in Thessaloniki, in the middle of the web of nice alleys in the upper city. Restaurants, supermarket, and historical highlights within walking distance. Dimitris and his mother are super nice and helpful hosts! In short, a perfect place, also for a longer stay!

We spent our Easter holidays with our kids and extended family from Greece and Germany — and everyone absolutely loved it! The location is exceptional, close to Litochoro and Plaka, with stunning views of Mount Olympus and the sea. It’s the perfect place for a large group or big family. The kids had a great time playing in the garden, enjoying the small private playground, and exploring the natural surroundings. We made good use of the kitchen and the outdoor barbecue area to cook and enjoy meals together — everything we needed was right there. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We’re already planning to come back!

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

Lovely apartment near the sea. The apartment was clean and cozy. We enjoyed our vacation every day. Our backyard was so beautiful Mediterranean. The water was crystal clear. There were shops, restaurants and cafes near the apartment. People were friendly. We'll come back to this place again.

Loved our stay ! Can’t wait to get back

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Very good and big yard, perfect for small children

The place was even better than expected, the view from the terrace is awesome!! Marios is a great host who responded to all our questions and requests and always responded quickly. We felt very comfortable in his accommodation and would always choose it again!

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. The famous bakery is just around the corner :) Even though there are cafes downstairs, it wasn’t noisy; the street was lively but not disturbing. Mrs. Maria is just wonderful, she answers no matter what you ask her, informative, in instructions etc, she served me in many issues such as check-in checkout, she is a great host, people like that are rare!!The house is very nice it gives warmth like your home,with all the necessities, we were very satisfied. the house is close to everything,sea,center, mini market from below supermarket further there,everything is around you.It is worth to come, however we will come again!!!

The apartment is situated in a building with a parking sport and a yard. Inside the apartment everything was wonderful - clean spacious, with lovely small details. Nikoletta has prepared some complimentary snacks and drinks for us, which was really great. To reach the beach a car is needed and same is to get to a restaurant. But there's a local market, a bakery and a pharmacy in 5mins walking distance from the apartment. Overall it was a lovely stay!

This was a comfortable place to stay while in Litochoro. The studio is within walking distance of the city center and a number of great restaurants, a walking path to the Enipeas Gorge, and local supermarkets. Arteti is a kind, knowledgable, and enthusiastic host. When she learned of our interests in hiking, she gave us a number of excellent recommendations for trails and places to visit in the area and loaned us a helpful map that we used to navigate. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend Areti as a wonderful host to fellow travelers out there!
