Der Aufenthalt war einfach großartig! Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar, unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit – wirklich jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Als Highlight hat er uns abends sogar noch Pizza gebracht – so viel Engagement und Herzlichkeit erlebt man selten! Die Unterkunft war top, alles super sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Ich kann diesen Gastgeber nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles – gerne jederzeit wieder!

Ein absolutes Highlight ist defenitiv die Terrasse, eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist super schön, hat genau für 3 Personen gereicht. Schön stillvolle Wohnung. Wir würden herzlich Empfangen von Ardit. Ardit war sehr zuvorkomment und hatte super Empfehlungen für uns. Alles im ganzen ein super toller Urlaub haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!

Ausgezeichnete Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Stadt war zu Fuß ganz schnell zu erreichen. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

The place is wonderful. It is located slightly on the edge of the city, but it is not far from the center. The plus is that it is quiet and peaceful. The apartment has absolutely everything you need - a stove with hotplates, a microwave, a washing machine and detergents, towels, sheets, blankets, etc. The terrace has a view of the sea and has a barbecue. Evaggelia is such an amazing person - smiling, friendly and always available. We were very pleased with our stay. Highly recommend!

Yoannis is a great host, with utmost responsiveness and relevance of responses. The place is as described, it is clean, and has all amenities for a comfortable living (including new soft towels which does not often happen). We had a minor issue with Airbnb showing an erroneous location, but now I see it has been revised. It is a relatively calm area, at night silence and sound of waves, with exception of the garbage truck which passes around 4am. I wrote some minor constructive suggestions to the owner separately, in simple good a faith; I took the time, because I find him a good and perceptive host. The price I paid was not some great bargain but was reasonable. Now, it all depends how it will change with time, so as always, one has to compare with others. What matters is the accuracy of the listing and responsiveness of the owners. So price aside, I recommend the accommodation and I would return.

Kyriakos dürüst, centilmen ve cana yakın bir ev sahibi. Kendi evimiz kadar rahat ettik. Abartısız söylüyorum: Daha önce bu kadar temiz bir yerde kalmadım. Kyriakos o kadar tecrübeli ki, her soruma hızla cevap verdi ama bir şey sormama pek gerek kalmadı. Bize harita pinleriyle birlikte, gerekli olabilecek ve önerebileceği her yer, restoran ve plajın listesini attı. Önerdiği her yere hayran kaldık. 3.günün sabahı temiz havlularımızı kapıda asılı bulduk. Biz yorumların aksine evi küçük bulmadık. Mutfakta birkaç kez yemek yedik ve her şeyi rahatça hazırlayabildik. Balkonu dinlenmek için mükemmel. Dolap kıyafetlerimizi rahatça aldı. Yatak rahattı. Biz varmadan klimayı açmıştı ama gerek kalmadı. Geceleri serin ve güzeldi. Bölge sessiz ve sakin. Yakındaki plaj gayet kullanışlı. Araç için şahsi ve gölgelik yer var. Teşekkür ederiz Kyriakos, umarım tekrar geleceğiz!

We stayed at the apartment from September 22nd up to September 26th. The apartment was great and was equipped with all the required items to ensure an enjoyable stay. Communication with Ivan before and during our stay was easy, friendly and helpful. On our final day our flight out of Thessaloniki was late in the evening and because no other guest would be arriving the same day we were allowed to stay until 18.00 which enabled us to freshen up before leaving for home. As our stay was at the end of the summer season there weren't a lot of tourists around resulting in a low key and quiet setting, something we enjoyed very much. In Nea Poteidaia everything was easily reachable by foot, we especially enjoyed eating at To Kritamo and the great view from our balcony. All in all a great place to stay and a great host!

Despoina ist sehr hilfsbereit und äusserst freundlich und war immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. 🌿✨

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

Recomand! Locuința este frumoasă, exact ca în poze și este curățenie. Gazda este de asemenea foarte amabilă și prietenoasă.

Katerina & Andreas m'ont accueilli chaleureusement et m'ont attendu malgré le retard de mon vol. La maisonnette est super, très bien décorée, avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Une fois les fenêtres fermées, on n'entend rien de dehors. Le logement est situé à côté d'une supérette et non loin d'une boulangerie (à pieds), et est à 10-15min de l'aéroport (sans qu'on ne soit dérangé par les avions). Arrivant tard, je leur avais demandé s'ils étaient d'accord pour me laisser quelque chose pour le petit déjeuner moyennant supplément, et ils m'ont laissé de quoi manger dans le frigo. Je recommande à 100%, on se sent comme à la maison, je reviendrais avec plaisir 😊

Wir hatten einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus! Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig und idyllisch und doch nah genug an allen wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten. Das Haus selbst ist schön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große, eingezäunte Garten, in dem unsere Kinder gerne gespielt haben. Der Vermieter war von der Buchung bis zur Abreise sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben, die unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und haben uns in dem Haus am Meer sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer haben wir zu den Mahlzeiten sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit viel Platz, gepflegt und sauber, es hat alles was es für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Dimitri und seine Frau sind sehr freundliche und angenehme Gastgeber, immer ansprechbar und haben uns gute Tipps gegeben wo man gut essen kann oder auch wo schöne Strände zum Baden sind. Vielen Dank – es war sehr schön hier und ist sehr empfehlenswert .

We had a wonderful week at Maki's house. The house is a cute and peaceful village house. There are cute cats in the garden that get as close to you as you let them. The location of the house is very good. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and markets. The only negative aspect was the mosquitoes. Makis had left some mosquito repellent for this, but despite this, the flies won this war. In conclusion, I can sincerely recommend Makisin house.

Danke, dass wir unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen und stilvoll eingerichteten Häuschen verbringen durften. Das Haus war sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was man benötigt. Auch schön war das uns etwas zum Essen bereitgestellt wurde. Die Lage und die Aussicht ist einmalig. Morgens vom Sonnenaufgang geweckt zu werden, ist wunderbar. Mit dem Auto kommt man schnell zu den umliegenden Örtchen und Stränden. Die Kommunikation mit Harry war freundlich und schnell.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung , die super zentral am weißen Turm liegt. Von Vorteil sind die Vorhänge und Rolläden, obwohl wir bei unserem Aufenthalt zum Glück keine direkte Sonneneinstrahlung hatten, dass bei dem heißen Thessaloniki sehr zum Vorteil ist. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Im übrigen gibt natürlich auch eine Klimaanlage. Und Παυλος ist ein toller Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und er möchte jeden Wunsch erfüllen. 🥰

Wir waren hier Ende Mai und sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, es gibt aber dennoch viele Restaurants und kleine Cafés in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alle Ausstattungen wie beschrieben vorhanden. Der Checkin war sehr einfach und flexibel. Wir konnten nach Absprache sogar schon vormittags um 11 Uhr einchecken. Es gab zwar kein privaten Parkplatz an der Unterkunft, aber immer genügend Parkplätze an der Straße direkt vor der Unterkunft.

Estivermos no apartamento de Korinna por quase 3 meses e foi absolutamente perfeito. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, tem tudo que se pode precisar para cozinhar. As roupas de cama e banho, em quantidade, eram de excelente qualidade. A localização não podia se melhor, a uma quadra da orla e a duas quadras da centralíssima praça Aristotelius, com grande quantidade de mercados, bares e restaurantes ao redor. O contato com Korinna foi extremamente fácil e rápido. A mãe de Korinna, Eva, foi de uma gentileza impar e nos brindou com um maravilhoso doce típico de Tessalônica por ocasião da Páscoa ! Quando retornarmos a Tessalônica esperamos poder ficar hospedados novamente nesse ótimo apartamento.

We were very happy with Costas apartment and felt comfortable. Everything important for families and children is there, which is a big advantage. Communication with Costas was also super easy. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Hara made us feel so welcome. She left us gifts and greeted us when she arrived with homemade food. Her apartment is very comfortable and we felt right at home. Really enjoyed our stay and recommend staying here. Great hospitality and super friendly people. Two minutes from the apartment are two great restaurants. Food is fantastic and the service is excellent. With a car you are in a great location to explore the first and second peninsulas. Highly recommend staying here.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön fanden wir die Möglichkeit, mit Booten, die nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt am Steg lagen, in ca. 40 Minuten direkt in die Innenstadt zu fahren. Auch die Lage direkt am Strand und der herrliche Blick vom Balkon, von dem aus man den Sonnenuntergang genießen konnte, haben uns begeistert. Außerdem sind viele Lokale, Bäckereien und alles, was man braucht, bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

It was truly a wonderful experience. Both the cleanliness of the apartment and the communication with the host made the stay even better. The location is very central, allowing easy access to many places on foot. Looking forward to staying here again.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft. Sie liegt etwas vom Stadt Zentrum entfernt, ca 45 min zu Fuß, was aber überhaupt nicht schlimm ist, weil man die ganze Strecke am Wasser entlang gehen kann. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Das Highlight war die Terasse, von der man sehr schön aufs Wasser gucken konnte. Wir würden immer wieder bei Sofia Buchen. 😊
