Beachfront vacation rentals in Nea Makri

Het uitzicht is geweldig. Je stapt de deur uit en loopt zo het strand op. De kamer is prima. Er is een lift naar de 3e verdieping waar het appartement is. Een ruim balkon en een prima badkamer. Het is gezellig ingericht en er is een koelkast. In de kast liggen allerlei extra dingen zoals een föhn en verbanddoos. De omgeving ziet er wel wat vervallen uit. Je hebt een auto nodig om iets te kunnen gaan zien van de omgeving. Het centrum van Athene ligt op een uur rijden met een Uber. We hebben Eleni ontmoet en ze is zeer gastvrij en reageert snel op berichten. Wij raden deze Airbnb zeker aan.

Fofi was an amazing host, always friendly, responsive, polite, proactive and accommodating. A joy to have Fofi as a host. The place was beautiful and with a perfect location. Thank you Fofi!!!!

Super séjour. Dans une maison avec un très beau jardin arboré avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Notre hôte est très réactif, avec de bons conseils sur les restaurants et autres activités de la région. Nous avons passé un agréable moment. I would highly recommend this airbnb for anyone looking to stay in Vouliagmeni. Everything you need is within walking distance. The views from the apartment are incredible. It is clean and has everything you could need. i will look to stay here again on my next trip to Greece.

Absolutely a great place to stay. Location is fantastic and the neighborhood is warm and inviting. If you’re lucky you will get to see some locals playing backgammon at sunset at the beach, one block away.

Wonderful experience! The home was beautiful and just as described. The location was perfect for relaxation, near great restaurants and very convenient for getting to the airport for our flight home. It was the perfect end to our vacation in Greece! The host was very friendly and communicated with us promptly. She even recommended a few restaurants that were close by and were great!!! We highly recommended this home and host to anyone.

Very nice simply decorated apartment. Great balcony with amazing view, very near to restaurants. Have to get a taxi from Athens airport as was no public transport. Beautiful bay with nice beaches. Easy check-in, Lefteris very responsive

We had a great stay! The communication was friendly, fast, and informative, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the garden was well-maintained. The pool was a nice touch, too. With plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, plus the sea just a short walk away, everything was conveniently located. The neighborhood was quiet, and we appreciated the easy access to bus for trips to the city. Highly recommend!

Styra Mare offers a peaceful retreat offering astounding views and sandy beaches in front. Very modern clean comfortable apartment. Nice clean pool good for children. Super garden with flowers and olives. It is good location to explore the next 3 coastal towns/ports. Good to reach the mountains too. Island is quite big with long drives.

perfect for our needs. swimming pool definitely warmed up as the week went on with the gorgeous weather and we've now learnt to consider going later in the season to suit our needs better. but we cannot fault the pool facilities or host. very quiet and felt very safe for our young families. Great location and beautiful views but highly recommend car hire for shopping and day trips as nearest town is 15-20 minutes by car. highly recommend.

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit und auf Rückfragen wurde superschnell reagiert. Wir sind erst mitten in der Nacht angekommen und wurden trotzdem beim Einchecken persönlich empfangen. Wir hätten uns vorher eine Info darüber gewünscht, dass es sich um einen Salzwasserpool handelt.

Many thanks to Tasos, he was not just a host but also a super guide. We stay a week in couple and the appartement/studio was perfect and fully equiped (from the toaster to the coffee machine and the menus and map of all the restaurants and shops around etc…). The garden is also very well equiped : swimming pool, sunbeds, fruit trees, plancha, games, parking place… we spend a super trip. Thanks again Tasos, we wish you the best !

We had a fabulous stay at Nasos’s villa! Everything we needed for a peaceful, adult family holiday was provided from start to finish. The setting was quiet, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing, a perfect escape if you’re looking to get away from it all. We hardly even felt the need to visit the beach because the pool and outdoor space were so inviting. The hammock was especially popular. We also appreciated the thoughtful little treats left for us by the housekeepers upon arrival, such a warm welcome! Nasos was a fantastic host. He personally dropped off grocery essentials at the start of our stay and was attentive and helpful throughout, even assisting us with arranging transfers from Athens since we chose not to rent a car. Thank you so much, Nasos—it was truly lovely to meet you. We’d be more than happy to stay again in the future. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, Nasos!

Marika was a wonderful host who greeted us on arrival and showed us around the apartment which was immaculate and beautifully furnished. The air con was effective, the Wi-Fi was reliable and the pool was stunning. The apartment was about 100 metres from the sea and the area was very peaceful. Marika gave us recommendations for places to eat/things to do and always responded to our queries quickly. There was a problem with the water in the apartment one morning but Marika sorted it out very quickly for us. She was a fantastic host and I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sofia. La vie de l’appartement est juste magnifique ! De belles plages à proximité ainsi que de nombreux restaurants pour profiter de Porto Rafti et se reposer.. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf! Het appartement is modern, smaakvol ingericht en tot in de puntjes verzorgd – echt niets op aan te merken. Ideaal voor twee personen en bovendien perfect gelegen om de omgeving te verkennen. Een echte aanrader, we komen graag nog eens terug!

All I can say is WOWZA! What a beautiful apartment. The photos do not do it justice. It was right across from the beach and the views of the water were stunning. We loved that the walls open up to extend the patio even further. It's a beautiful feature of the house. To be honest, I didn't want to leave the apartment to go to the beach!

Anna and her team were amazing. We loved the place so much that we completely got distracted that we had to checkout. Tried to extend, but unfortunately this beautiful nest was not available. @Anna, thank you for your amazing hospitality and for looking after us.

Το διαμέρισμα αν και βρίσκεται σε λίγο παλιά οικοδομή μέσα είναι πολύ περιποιημένο και καθαρό ! Ένα πρόβλημα που πρόσεξα είναι ότι οι συρόμενες μπαλκονόπορτες δεν ασφαλίζουν θέλουν ρυθμισμα και οι βεράντες θα ήθελαν λίγο ακόμη περιποίηση όπως βάψιμο καγκελα! Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή με θέα τη θάλασσα !

It was a wonderful stay in the apartment right at the shores. The apartment was exactly as described. For us it was perfect as a family with two kids. Direct access to the shallow waterfront, hardly any traffic in front of the premises, closed area , and very close to a lovely small marina with cafes and restaurants. We just loved staying here.

Ο Αλεξανδρος ηταν ενας εξαιρετικος οικοδεσποτης. Επικοινωνουσε αμεσως σε καθε μηνυμα και οι οδηγιες για την αφιξη μας ηταν σαφεστατες. Δε δυσκολευτηκαμε καθολου να βρουμε το σπιτι και να μπουμε σ’ αυτο. Ενδιαφερθηκε στελνωντας επισης μηνυμα αν τακτοποιηθηκαμε και αν ηταν ολα καλα. Εδωσε οδηγιες με τα μεσα μαζικης μεταφορας, πως θα φτασουμε στο σπιτι, προσφερθηκε να μας κλεισει ταξι αλλα αφου τον ευχαριστησα του ειπα θα εχουμε αυτοκινητο απο το αεροδρομιο. Το σπιτι ηταν πεντακαθαρο,μεγαλο,καθαρο και καινουριο μπανιο, κουζινα πληρη εξοπλισμενη,μεγαλο ψυγειο και πολλα πραγματα για πρωινο. Το κρεβατι πολυ ανετο. Σ’ ευχαριστουμε πολυ Αλεξανδρε. Χρησιμοποιω χρονια την πλατφορμα αλλα οικοδεσποτες σαν εσενα σπανιζουν. Ειδικα στην ανταποκριση και απαντηση των μηνυματων.

The place is exactly as described and pictured. Everything is an easy walk and the restaurants are great. I would recommend %1000.
