Our apartment is a newly built seafront penthouse that offers stunning views to the sea and walking distance to the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is perfect for a family/couple. The apartment has an open plan, living room area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & clothes drayer, and fully equipped bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

Located on the ground floor,it has a large courtyard with flowers,vegetables and fruit trees,accessible to everyone.The tavern and parking are at 20 meters.Thereis a playpen in case of baby hospitality.For breakfast homemade cookies,eggs,tea and honey of our place are offered. Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.
