Amazing and Cosy flat in the centre of Chalkida

Fantastic and cosy 1 bedroom flat/studio in the heart of Chalkida in Evia Island. The apartment (2nd floor Lift Access), it's in a great location on the main yacht harbour of Evripos. The flat is ideally located seconds away from the nicest restaurants, bars, coffee places, banks, stores and supermarkets. It is also a maximum 10 minutes walk from the main train station that links Athens and the Airport with Chalkida (just 94km/1hr drive). The flat is very secure while building contains lift.

Απολαύστε μια εμπειρία γεμάτη στιλ σε αυτόν τον ήρεμο χώρο που ανακαινίστηκε ριζικά τον Ιούλιο του 2024 και βρίσκεται κεντρικά στην πόλη της Χαλκίδας μόλις 450μ από την παλαιά γέφυρα στην διατηρητέα και ιστορική συνοικία της Αγίας Παρασκευής. Ο χώρος μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα 3 άτομα (ιδανικό για οικογένεια με έως και δύο παιδιά). Υπάρχει υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι και ένας καναπές που ανοίγει και γίνεται κρεβάτι. Beautiful apartment in the center of Chalkida!

The apartment, fully renovated, is located on the main street of Chaina, in the center of Chalkida. The distance from Kourenti and Papathanasiou beach is just 100 meters away. The nice ouzeries in the city are right below..it is ideal for summer holidays as there is air conditioning and all the necessary utensils you need for a long vacation.. I will be happy to host you!
