The condo is more beautiful than in the pictures. Wendolin was so amazing and proactive helping us set up transportation for day adventures and immediately helped remedy slow internet. Mina was beyond words. Her food was so fresh and delicious. The grounds are beautiful. The beach is amazing. The waves could be rough but our son loved it with a boogie board. You can rent ocean equipment on the beach. There’s a little store on the premise for things in a pinch. There’s not a lot around the area so setting up some sort of transportation is helpful. We chose to do a tour of the Marietta’s and a couple hours checking out sayulita. Mostly we just couldn’t wait to get back to the condo. It was perfect! This was our second time staying at Mayra's place. This unit is very clean and has a wonderful view of the ocean. We will definitely stay here again!

We just had the best vacation at Enrique’s condo. We had a big group and there was so much space for everyone to spread out and have privacy. The pools and beach areas were gorgeous and we practically had it to ourselves every day. We did day trips to La Cruz, Punta Mita, and Sayulita which were all very close. We highly recommend having Juanita shop and cook for you! She’s absolutely wonderful and we felt spoiled by her. Everything she made was delicious! If you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation, this is the place. We would love to come back!

Great experience. Just anything is pretty good.

The place is a bit old but it feels well maintained and very clean. The amenities and service are almost like a hotel, although it does not have the hotel's cleaning and linen change service. The common areas are excellent, the pool is around 1500m2 and there is a garden for children to run. Good beach access too. Your kitchen is well equipped. Overall, it's a recommended place to take the family on vacation. Thank you.

The place is very good, it has many restaurants where you can eat very rich food, a shopping center nearby with everything you need, a very good private beach to get into the sea and quite spacious temperate pools. The room is most comfortable and functional. The host is very attentive to your arrival and detailed to provide instructions.

The accommodation is exactly as described in the publication. Very cozy and in a very quiet area. Mr. Salvador was very kind and attentive to all concerns, both he and his son were attentive. When I return, I will definitely look to stay with them :)

I enjoyed staying here. The room had AC which was a plus considering how hot it was. The neighbors are kind and there are some spots to get food at night in that same block. The place is also walking distance from the plaza. Host gave us some recommendations for food and was really responsive.

We loved saying at Manuel’s place, hope we can come back next year. The apartment is just like the pictures and has a beautiful view.

I 'm sad I am not writing this fabulous review from the patio of Betty's gorgeous aparment. Her place surpassed our expectations. Prior to our arrival Betty, Dario (the property manager) and team made sure we had everything we needed. A driver to and from the airport, groceries in the unit prior to arrival, a surf instructor, restaurant recs, etc. Once we arrived at the apartment, we were blown away. The place is huge, super clean, cozy and in the perfect location. The patio is covered and directly in front of the pool & beach. So peaceful and quiet. We spent many hours a day reading on the patio listening to the sound of the ocean. The town is just a 5 min walk from the beach and/or street with LOTS of fantastic restaurants, one being directly across the street. We are already planning our 2026 trip to ensure we can secure her place. Cannot wait to go back!

Our stay was truly amazing! We have stayed in La Cruz before but this condo exceeded all our expectations. The private pool was great for our toddler who is learning to swim. The views were amazing. The Marina is beautiful to wake up to and also watch the sunset. The Sunday market was great!! Lots of walkable restaurants. Edwin’s communication is 10/10. Super friendly and responsive. Overall would highly recommend. Will definitely be rebooking in the future. Thank you Edwin!

From Check-in and instructions Paul was right there to welcome us and give us the necessary info. Any problems or questions, he was also quick to respond. Very helpful. Supermarket was close and within walking distance as was the local bus. Great restaurants within walking distance. Pool was perfect with amazing views. Very large condo, well equipped and a relaxing place.

Location is great with all you need in walking distance. We felt secure and loved the authentic feel. Looking forward to our next visit!

A GREAT STAY! This is how I would describe the place where we stayed, a super cozy place with well-arranged spaces, the beds were super clean, the area is super quiet and full of places to eat and shops, beauty salon etc. and by the way, 10/10 Karla's recommendations, super friendly, super attentive and always available, that gives you peace of mind when you are renting a place, would we come back? of course yes!!!

Excellent place, it had everything you need to stay for several days, in my case I stayed a month and I didn't need anything at all, other than my own food and hygiene products, during my stay, which was long, I was provided with a cleaning service which was very good, the location was excellent, I honestly hadn't researched the location at all before, on the map it was downtown and that's how it was, the street was quiet but around it there were a couple of main streets where you could find everything, there are supermarkets nearby, the bus station where I arrived was a couple of blocks away, really from there I was able to walk to all the places I needed, it wasn't even necessary to use public transport, Ulises was very attentive and helped me with all the questions I had.
