We had an amazing stay! Upon arriving, the place was neat and clean, and the location was convenient as it sits in the middle of establishments. The host was also very responsive and accommodating. She immediately attends to our needs. Overall, we were beyond satisfied with our stay. We will definitely come back soon. Kudos!

Nestor is friendly and meticulously gave us an orientation of his place. We enjoyed the night market and food trucks in the neighbourhood. Shang and Megamall are within walking distance and big dog friendly. The condo is also big dog friendly which is kinda rare in the neighbourhood. Thank you for letting us stay! We had a good time!

Gustavo moved me to the unit downstairs providing some compensation. Overall, it's a well-maintained tiny house in a typical super-messy-but-colorful densely-built low-income area of Manila. If you're prepared for this environment, it provides for a very interesting stay. The place is difficult to locate, but kids in the area around the house respond to mentioning Gustavo's name.

Anabelle was very responsive and accommodating during our stay. We’re happy and grateful to have discovered this place - it’s walkable and conveniently close to Manila Bay, which made it easy for us to go for early morning runs. The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

I’d love to commend the following: - The whole Airbnb is Air conditioned. - They are very responsive & helpful. - Wifi is fast, TV Apps has subscriptions, and working speakers + microphone. - Squeaky Clean in first floor - Many rooms & has a balcony. - CareTaker is really helpful & knowledgeable (take note, she’s new but will do anything she can to assist) A few downsides that the owner can improve on: - Some linens have visible blood stain - Water is poor (even the pool. It has strong chlorine/zonrox? idk. It will make your hair dry) That’s it. I think if you are looking for a place to stay/chill with your small barkada, I’ll recommend the place! Since it has all that you’ll need. But if you are looking for a resort, and all of you will swim.. You might want to check another bnb. But overall, our stay is enjoyable & unforgettable. The price is actually a great deal! Especially if you are going to consider all the amenities that you’ll get :)

We had a great stay at this property! The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It’s also well-suited for families, with enough space to make everyone feel at home. There was a small hiccup with the sleeping arrangements, but the owner promptly took care of it, which we really appreciated. Overall, a positive experience and we’d be happy to stay here again.

Very accommodating host and the place is very nice and comfortable.

Absolutely no issues. The place was clean and spotless. The AC was cold and the shower’s water pressure was strong. Watching TV was an awesome experience with their Govee lights and soundbar. Our pets enjoyed their stay as well. Also appreciated how proactive and responsive the hosts were. We never had to worry about anything as they made sure to give us clear instructions about everything. 10/10

Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The unit was clean. Just a quick 10 to 12-minute drive to BGC and Venice Grand Canal Mall. There’s also a mall within the property, so everything you need is super convenient. Would recommend.

I stayed at Diana's place during a recent business trip, and it was the perfect choice. The unit was clean, modern, and very comfortable—ideal for both work and rest. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, I really appreciated the thoughtful extras—there were some games and entertainment options that made winding down in the evening enjoyable. Whether it was a quick game or just relaxing in front of the TV, it made the stay feel more like home. The location was also a big plus—close to business hubs, restaurants, convenience stores, and easy access to transport. Diana was friendly, professional, and responsive throughout the entire stay. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone traveling for business who also wants some comfort and entertainment after a long day.

Had a wonderful stay at Chris' place with a beautiful city view. Very convenient area and it being close to a local tv network studio, I had the chance to meet local celebrities during my stay.
