The entire plot is completely fenced and another specific one for the pool, to prevent minors from passing without adult supervision. There are beds for five guests and a sofa bed for two more. It has parking for two vehicles, a wood and gas barbecue, a gas grill, a basketball hoop, a ping-pong table, and a trampoline. The environment is a special protection area, very close to the reservoir.

Country house with a wonderful garden and pool. A unique place that exudes tranquility, where you can enjoy endless outdoor activities as a family. It is located 50 meters from the Maeso Trail, which leads to El Yelmo (Guadarrama National Park), and very close to La Pedriza. The house consists of : Kitchen, Living-room, 3 bedrooms, two double bedrooms and the other with bunk beds, a bathroom. A play area with a trampoline and a basketball hoop.

Alsaudade is half an hour from Toledo and the Puy du Fou theme park by car. On the lower floor, it has two bedrooms and a bathroom and on the upper floor a suite with a bathroom included. There are also two extra single beds that allow up to 8 guests to be accommodated. The extra beds can be used, even if there are six or fewer guests. We also have a playpen-crib for babies. The house has a backyard with a barbecue where we put a pool in summer.
