Our apartment in the Sierra de Madrid is located at the entrance of Mataelpino, a small town shared with Cerceda and El Boalo. It is a separate apartment located on the same property as our house. It has a living room, kitchen, and dining room that is heated in winter with a fireplace, and a bedroom with a bathroom. In the room, there is a mobile electric radiator. In summer it is very cool as it is largely built into the rock. The apartment has an independent and exclusive garden area that is fenced where there is a barbecue, a table and chairs and some garden chairs to enjoy the sunsets. It is a quiet area surrounded by nature with many paths and routes to walk and disconnect. We'll be happy to make your stay as pleasant as possible and available to help you with any questions you may have about our accommodation.

It is a beautiful, charming and cozy stone and wood house, ideal to forget about the daily tensions of the city. It is very well equipped and well maintained. It has a stately garden in the front, very nice and independent. The house has 4 rooms facing the outside, with lots of light, and two separate bathrooms. A living room with a stone fireplace and a large window with beautiful mountain views. In the back, there is a large wooden porch for spending time together.

Enjoy a special getaway in our cozy villa, 45 minutes from Madrid, in the private development Los Angeles de San Rafael (Segovia). A home with charm and modern design, with 3 bedrooms: 2 with a 1.50 bed and 1 with a double bed. It has 2 bathrooms, one en-suite with a dressing room. Everything is ready for you to live a few unique days. Private salt chlorination pool with thermal canvas, barbecue grill and air conditioning in all rooms for your maximum comfort.

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

The pool is super refreshing during these months and has night lighting so you can enjoy a swim under the stars.

It is not a rural house, although its surroundings are, it is certainly a good combination of modernity in a rural environment, ideal to enjoy and relax surrounded by nature and tranquility. It has the appeal and comforts of a modern home, where light is the main protagonist. Its perfectly designed courtyards convey peace and quiet, and its plot covers an area of 180 m. We are located just 9 km from Ávila, near the Police School. We allow pets.

In a spacious, simple and very cozy atmosphere, we welcome you to spend relaxing days surrounded by nature; movie afternoons, bike rides, barbecues with friends in the garden and long walks with the children in the surrounding area. La Rama is located a few kilometers from the Navacerrada and Valdesquí ski resorts.
