House vacation rentals in Natal Metropolitan Area

Very cozy, comfortable house, we stayed in 10 adults and 2 children and felt at home. The house is equipped with items necessary for everyday life and more, we were able to cook there during the stay, use the needle and lines available to sew a tear, and still have fun with some of the many games available. The house has cameras, alarms and electronic locks that made us feel safe. The host, Vicente, was very helpful and attentive whenever we need it. The location is excellent, close to the beach of Ponta Negra, the people in the mood would go back to the beach on foot, those with little disposition easily got an Uber. Speaking of which, we had no problem getting Uber to go or leave, no matter the time. The house is excellent that we feel like staying there longer, now we hope to be able to return!

The house is in a well-located, easily accessible, family-friendly and organized condominium. All electrical and hydraulic installations working normally, towels and bed linen, kitchen utensils, new microwave, 20-liter bottles, good refrigerator, large table... everything very good. In the rooms, everything is working well, the air-conditioning is cool, not to mention that for those who like to sleep with the window open, the view and the sea breeze cool the environment well. Just be careful with the bathroom floor, which is slippery, especially for children or seniors. Otherwise, it was a very good experience in a week's stay. Both for the house and the condominium premises.

Eitaaa that wonderful home. I stayed with the whole family. Marília is a very considerate host. The residence was clean, bedrooms with linen, clean bathrooms, all household utensils are easy to access for use. And with very whim the homemaker came every day to clean the pool. The taste was to stay more days in the house. It was worth our location very much.

The house is wonderful, much more beautiful than the pictures show. The three private ground-floor en-suites in an intimate area, airy rooms with high ceilings, spacious bathrooms. The TV room, combined with the airy dining room, the sofas are right in the breeze coming from the sea, very pleasant. The living spaces are beautiful and pleasant. The pool area is a distinguishing feature of the house. A spacious table in the barbecue and pizza oven environment, which is combined with the pool. Excellent! The location is very good, right on the sand. The sea is wonderful, depending on the day and time the sea becomes a swimming pool, very good for children, adults and the elderly, who could enjoy the sea, which was wonderful. The highlight, what most differentiates and enhances the stay are the caretakers Haroldo and Josi, who made a hotel breakfast, left the house impeccable, helpful, polite, friendly. We stayed in the privacy of a home, with the comfort and convenience of a resort.

Great place to stay with the family. I really liked it, 1000 points. I felt totally comfortable, clean and very organized environment. The people in charge were very polite and helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a quality space. Returning to Natal/RN, I will definitely stay at this place again.

The house is extremely cozy, we love to spend the carnival there. My husband simply fell in love with every detail of the house and our daughters took great advantage of the pool and the bedroom upstairs. Host is very helpful and left several things for us to cook 🥰

Since we started communications, Gabi and Patrícia have responded quickly. Ozineide received us very well, very polite, friendly and showed the whole house and how the household appliances worked. The house has comfortable furniture, several sofas and chairs, tables, linens, towels, mattresses, refrigerator, freezer, electric shower, air conditioning, a great outdoor area, very ventilated, with several hammocks, a great pool, and the sea view is not even spoken… not to mention that the access is super easy and fast. It has children's playground, a giant and very gorgeous lawn. Very well cared for. I would definitely come back more often. A great accommodation.

The location is also a great differential — close to sights and at the same time in a quiet area, perfect for resting after a day of sightseeing. Everything I required in an interesting area of the town, perfect

Dona Edinalva is wonderful, always attentive, very well organized, a love. For those who go and want to have lunch, look for Biro lunch, the bakery at Taste of Bread has breakfast, lunch and dinner, but be careful that it is salty, and there is a very close Atacadão, to go for walking. There is also a cafeteria of specialty coffee nearby, I highly recommend, Coffee Observatory.

We had a great experience at Oswaldo's house in Ponta Negra, Rio Grande do Norte. The house is excellent, exactly as described in the listing, with all the equipment and items working perfectly. The atmosphere is comfortable and well cared for, providing a very pleasant stay. It was a very nice experience. Thiago is kind, respectful, always attentive and responds to us immediately. He provided us with what we needed. He accompanied us on the excursions, he recommended us very well. He was available at all times. The house is beautiful, the area is the best. Everything was very clean, nothing was missing. All wonderful, we feel at home. It has many cabinets, complete items for meals. The photos don't show what it really is. Personally, it is much more beautiful, with breathtaking views and a very good beach for swimming. Felipe the caretaker, very helpful and polite. The host's suggestion to hire someone to cook on the weekend was the icing on the cake. Maria is an incredible human being, happy with life, cheerful, and cooks wonderfully well. Me and my family love lodging. We hope to return soon.

Simply perfect! One of the best stays we've ever stayed. Everything is very organized, very well located with markets, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. The house is super cozy, with lots of kitchen utensils and even bath towels available. The only negative point was the pool deck, which was a little loose and soft, and an accident or injury could occur. But even with rain, we enjoyed it a lot! And we're already thinking about coming back 🥰
