"Cozy, cozy, totally great, it smells good of wood, like in a boat cabin," how our guests describe the extraordinary experience in the barrel. It is designed for a maximum of 4 people: in the back there are two flat sleeping places (180x200cm and 240x200cm). 🛀 Bathroom with shower in the annex. Bed linen and towels included. Our children have now flown the nest and we don't want to share the beautiful home with just the bats. We live in the romantic Gelbachtal between Westerwald and Taunus. Hikers and cyclists have now discovered the great location of the place. Our peaceful Gelbach flows into the Lahn very close by. Not far away are the towns of Nassau and Bad Ems (Bad Emser thermal baths only 20 minutes away). Our place is located on beautiful footpaths and bike paths.

Our treehouse near the forest on park-like property offers everything your heart desires. We have set up a comfortable, heated, queen-size air bed (203 x 152 cm) and provide you with bed linen. You have access to an outdoor kitchen with gas grill and swivel grill on an open fire, sink and gas stove. There is light, electricity, and wifi. Sleeping in our tree house is like sleeping under the open sky, except that you don't get wet :-)

We welcome you to Villa Rosa! Our Villa Rosa is located at the foot of the Ruppertsklamm gorge directly on the Lahn. We are a house community and there is a lot of life under our roof - 9 people, 3 cats and a dog share the grounds. The old manor house was formerly part of the turn-of-the-century factory next door. For more than 10 years we have been living and working together in the house and look forward to welcoming you as our guests.

In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
