The house was wonderful - clean, modern and comfortable, same for the outdoor area. The lake & beach were super close and very quiet. Directions were clear and the host was very responsive and helpful. Other than that - great place, great location and great host. Will definitely return!

A very picturesque, private place, on one side there is a forest, on the other side there is a field. the owner met us, showed and told us everything. the house has everything for living, dishes, beds and bedding, everything is clean and in perfect condition. There are towels for the bath. We were very satisfied! It turned out to be a wonderful holiday in nature. The weather was good, so we spent absolutely all the time outside. We went to the sauna, swam in the pond, fished, sat by the fire, grilled kebabs. great vacation away from the city. shop 5 min drive by car, which is also convenient. there are no neighbors, no one disturbs anyone. Absolute relaxation and connection with nature❤️ Thank you for this opportunity! We'd love to come back here again.

Clean and spacious house with everything you meed including a lovely BBQ area in the garden. The beach is just a five minute walk away, as are a couple of spa’s and a water park.

We really enjoyed our week at Ljudmila’s place. The house, located on the same estate as the owner's house, is niched at the end of a small drive in a pine forest. The accommodation was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed. It is newly constructed, well equipped, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Excellent location: very quiet and peaceful, yet all commodities are within easy reach. The beach is very near and it is fantastic for walks, sports, sunbathing and swimming (in August the sea was warm enough for long swims). Both Ljudmila and her daughter Sabrina were very reactive and helpful, and we received a warm welcome. It was great pleasure to meet them and we hope to be back again!

We truly enjoyed the stay here! We stayed for a weekend with our 1 year old, and Ksenia made sure we had access to a crib and high chair. Wish we would’ve had more time to chat with Ksenia! She’s very kind.

Nice and cosy apartment, very close to the sea. The sea is blocked by the trees but one can hear and fall asleep by the sound of the sea waves. The car would be good to have as the grocery shop is about 3 km away. The dark curtains would be appreciated as the sun rises around 5 am. The kitchen is well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would defenitely recommend it! :)

Overall a great place to stay when going to Mustvee area. Everything was nice and clean. The grilling area was particularly enjoyable.

Niinas place is very cute and cozy. Location is superb and everything was perfect. Place is exactly as described and on the pictures. We are sooo thankful that animals are welcome! This saved our vacation :)

Good location, close to the sea,river.

We were met by Mama Sergei, she was very pleasant and hospitable, brought us up to date and told us about the nearest shops and attractions. Afterwards, we found cookies and her homemade jam in the kitchen - left for us. It was really nice and insanely delicious! My wife and I stayed here for a month and felt at home! We will be happy to stay here again, I recommend, super hosts are 100%

The place was great. Very peaceful and quiet with beautiful scenery. The bed is very comfortable and relaxing and the heated floor in the bathroom was so nice. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the place was spacious. The neighbors are also friendly and there are grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance. It's also a great neighborhood to walk around in. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Like staying in a time capsule/museum, ideal for those who are interested in this sort of thing. I had a great experience :)

The appartment is really nice and very comfortable. You find there everything you need for a pleasant stay. Especially we appreciated that there was coffee and tea available. There are also good instructions on paper where to eat in town and where to buy things. The neighborhood is quiet and the view of the Orthodox Cathedral is great. Bus- and railwaystation are close by. Check-In (Juri met us at the entrance on the street) and Check-Out are very easy. Communication with Juri was also without any problems. We really enjoyed staying at this appartment and surely will come again.

One month stay: Basically it has everything with no surprises, what you see is what you get in this case. WiFi was weak, the router is placed in a neighbouring apartment. You’ll listen to your music, but when it comes to working with something internet-consuming - that may be an issue. Basically matters only in long-term case and if you plan to work from there. Anyway there is a connection honey spot around the entrance, used it when I needed strong and stable connection :D Püssi for me is like grandma’s village and a scout camp at the same time but with people living there long term. A bit post-soviet vibe included, for me that was nice, anything has its own historical value, as I see it. Beautiful nature and just gorgeous clouds over there. The host communicates extremely polite. Very nice stay overall. Thanks 🫶

Fully consistent with the description. I liked the competent redevelopment of the apartment, the spacious bathroom, a cozy bedroom and a living room with a kitchen. A good option for a stop)

well mainrained appartment close walk from beach promenade. maybe bit rough looking houses from outside but guess they tend to be around here. inside was all different - renovated and clean appartment. just perfect for our needs when travelling just with adults.

Could be ideal living place for a summer vacation near sea

We felt at home in Maarja's apartment. It's super cosy, modern and has absolutely everything one may need. Location's great - right in the centre of Kohtla-Järve, 3rd (top) floor so very quiet. Bed was super comfy, bathroom nice and spacious. Kitchen very well equipped. Extra points for the great interior (design) - so many cool details. Instructions Maarja sent were very clear and communication easy peasy. Basically, everything was awesome! We'll be back soon! :)
