Holidays by the lake Unden

In the middle of West Götalands unspoilt nature with its lakes and forests, near the big lake Vättern, about 5 kilometers from the village of Undenäs and far away from any through traffic, the small country village of Igelstad is located, directly on the lake Unden. The village is a small collection of scattered houses and farms, of which some are permanently inhabited, while others are used as summer cottages. Here, in a large clearing in the forest, the small farm "Nolgården" is situated. The house is a separate, well-equipped classic wooden log house, built in spruce. It was thourougly renovated in 2008. There is a private bathroom, kitchen and private terrace, Internet connection (WLAN) and satellite TV (Astra). A cozy fireplace and electric heating provide comfortable warmth. Directly from the house you can make nice walks in the unspoilt nature, pick berries and mushrooms, or walk to lake Unden, one of the clearest and most pristine lakes in Sweden. From the house to the west side of the peninsula, there is only 800 meters. Here you can have a swim or enjoy the sunset over Unden. The eastern shore can be reached in quarter of an hour via a forest path. By the shore a canoe lies ready for extensive reconnaissance trips to the beautiful deserted islands and quiet bays. But the area has much more to offer: the romantic Tiveden National Park, Lake Viken, Forsvik and the Göta canal with its locks, and the huge lake Vättern are just a few examples of interesting destinations.

Here you will find the tranquility, the forest and nature in the corner and here you have the opportunity to live about 10 meters from the water and Göta Kanal. A completely unique location for swimming, sun (hopefully), rest and opportunities for beautiful nature. Watch the boats pass just outside your window. - Small but well-equipped kitchen. - 3 separate bedrooms are available, one with a double-bed and two with a single-bed. - extra sofa bed in living room. - Newly installed air/air pump ensures an even temperature indoors. - TV set with Fiber connection.

Welcome to the Nilsson family's little cottage. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Extra sleeping places are available in the guest house. The lake can be seen from the cottage two swimming areas within walking distance. Possibility to bring your own boat launch ramp is available in the harbor. Grocery store about 3 km. Lots of nice and nice excursions in the neighborhood. Bla. Tiveden National Park, Karlsborg, Töreboda, Göta Kanal. A nice dog welcome. The patio is fenced. 800 meters from the cabin you can see moose at dusk.

Grill freshly caught fish, under the apple tree you can see lake Viken. - Ica store (500m) - Djärknesundet (bathing area) 10 min away by car. -Tivedens National Park. -communal water & sewage. - Cleaning is not included- can arrange cleaning supplement of SEK 900 - Cleaning accommodation is charged 1500:- - Garbage is thrown in the green container located at the top of the top cabin at the top of the spring hill.

Newly built apartment building with the absolute best location on the longest lake bath in the Nordic countries and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With promenades, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a bay perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets are allowed. Sheets/towels are included, but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

Cozy cottage near National Park

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Nice lake view from the cottage and about 300 meters to swimming and barbecue area by the lake. Cosy cabin only 10 minutes by car from the famous Tivedens National Park. Amazing view to lake Unden, the largest fresh water lake in Tived. Fantastic to swim in when it's warm in the summer. Amazing sunsets and a very peaceful atmosphere. Romantic. The area straight down from the cabin by the water doesn't belong to the property but welcomes respectful visitors.

Vitsands och Djäknesundets vackra badplatser ligger 25 respektive 9 km från stugan. Flertalet naturreservat finns runt knuten. Tivedens nationalpark ligger endast 10 km bort. Tiveden bjuder också på vandrings-, rid- och kanotleder. Från Karlsborg kan man ta en tur med kanalbåten på Göta kanal eller besöka Karlsborgs fästning.
