Waterfront vacation rentals in Napili-Honokowai

We truly enjoyed our stay and wished we had more nights! The view from the balcony was breathtaking!! And the sound of the waves crashing on the shore had a nice soothing effect. You can hear them even when inside the unit with the sliding door closed! We loved the decor, and everything was very clean. It is a 2nd floor unit with no elevator, but the stairs are not steep and I had no problem even with my recent knee replacement. The bed was very comfortable. We would love to book this again in the near future! And again, what an awesome view!!

Our stay in Kihei was great! Anke’s place was very cute and comfortable with a perfect view from the lanai. All communication was professional and reliable 💕

Schyler’s Napili condo was perfect for our Maui staycation. Napili is the best beach on Maui and the proximity of the condo is great. I loved walking the miles-long beachfront walking path each morning, and the amenities at the resort and provided by the owners were great! Mahalo for having us!

Truly amazing. This place was paradise. Amazing views, great walkable restaurants and other areas of interest. Our host was outstanding. Not only did she offer local recommendations, she accommodated a late checkout for us as we had a late flight off the island. Truly paradise at this location and we will definitely visit again!

Great clean place with a very nice view of the ocean from the bed. The place was in a great location with tons to do all around. The door code was super nice because we didn’t need to worry about losing a key or anything. The room comes with everything you need and even more. Was very pleased and had a wonderful time in Maui :)

The condo was even better than what the pictures showed. Very generously supplied with more than just basic essentials. Loved the Keto that very much follows our lifestyle. The beds are extremely comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised that the photos were an exact representation. The view of the beach was amazing. The unit had all we needed and more. The bed was so comfortable. We had my mother tag along making 4 of us total. It was a bit cramped for 3 adults and a child, but we made it work. The complex even had community activities we could participate in along with courts and games like tennis, putting, and shuffle board. There were helpful luggage carts for use upon arrival and departure. There were local food and shops in very close walking distance. Our stay was truely enjoyable. We are so grateful.

Wow, this place is amazing! Inside you have everything you need, great shower, very comfy bed and nice kitchen, big living room, two tvs and washer/dryer. Outside is even better, ocean views with turtles and sting rays. Nice patio with furniture to chill and snack on. Sunset time is amazing and the views are spectacular. There's also a great little beach access to take a swim and relax. Highly recommend staying here!!! You won't regret it.

Book it! I have come to Maui several times and stayed at both Hotels and condo type resorts and let me te you this is perfect (especially for families) The house had everything from a fully stocked kitchen (minus food ofc) , Pack and play for babies to beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, snorkel gear. I usually rent those, so that was nice to have! The view of the ocean from the kitchen, living room, and bedroom was such a treat. The condo atmosphere is mostly quiet and laid-back. The lanai was my absolute favorite! I was nervous about not having AC but it honestly was not needed between the fans and the natural ocean breeze that comes in(especially in the second room) the whole house stays comfortable. I absolutely will be staying here again in the future!

What an amazing place! My husband and I were able to truly relax at this beautiful ocean front house. Gardens and lawn surrounding house are gorgeous too. Almost a 3/4 wrap around view as the yard is at an angle and you can see the ocean past the neighbor's house yard to the right. Beautiful house, pictures don't do it justice. Short walk to little beach with turtles resting on the shore. House was well stocked with everything you could need. My only complaint would be that there is no TV. Not much to do in Hawaii at night so would have been nice to watch movies/news/sports together rather than being on our own devices.

This home was as described and the view is out of this world. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee and every evening we would love watching the sunset from the lanai. As you can see from other reviews, this house gets 5 stars because the pros are endless. However - we want to go over a few cons because as a group we rented both sides of the townhouse ($$$$$) and there were some issues that we felt may have swayed our decision to stay there had we known. 1) The homeless in the area. There is public beach access next door to an empty lot - There is then a church that provides free daily meals right behind the home. Put all of this together and the area has become a hang out spot. We had authorities called twice (sleeping in the bushes right outside our room that had bars installed on the windows/blocking the driveway) but could have called them every day. 2) No AC (we knew this) but it gets HOT and if you have littles it will be a problem. 3) Rocky beach entry. Bring water shoes!

Mike and Ashley were incredibly amazing and helpful. They really went above and beyond for us. Really appreciated the special touch they left us for our anniversary and will recommend them to and friends and family that visit Maui. Their place is beautiful and it looks even better in pictures. It is perfectly homey, private, and quiet, which was very nice but also close to the beach with a three minute walk couldn’t recommend staying with Mike and Ashley more. Thanks for helping make our anniversary trip special!

We had the best time at this condo! It was quiet and clean and was exactly what we were hoping for! Don was incredibly responsive when I had questions or needed recommendations to rent baby gear! We had a great time and hope to Come back again

We, a small family, recently stayed in Kaanapali Maui and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with all the essentials — from kitchenware including a blender and all of the beach necessities. After going around the island and picking up some fresh fruit, it was a nice afternoon treat to be able to make our own smoothies! Highly recommend it. The view from the lanai (balcony) was absolutely stunning. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean, and in the evenings we were treated to the most spectacular sunsets. The sound of the waves crashing was the perfect background to a truly relaxing vacation. The location was ideal just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great local restaurants. We loved being close to snorkeling spots and whale watching opportunities. The complex also had a pool, hot tub, and BBQ grill

This is really well situated. A hundred feet from the back door and you are on the beach. Wake to the sounds of the birds from the adjacent wildlife refuge. It's intimate, with only four rental units in the building. No big hotels in the area, so the beach is uncrowded, and has basking sea turtles! Beautiful sunsets. They could have had 5 units, but kindly equipped the middle unit as a common room where departing guests leave food, drinks, and supplies like sunscreen, bug spray, etc. Free snorkeling and beach supplies, bikes with lights/locks/helmets, boogie and paddleboards, an ocean kayak, TONS of movies, books, and CDs. Our unit was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything except a dishwasher and a full-size oven (there is big high quality toaster oven). Note the toilet/shower area is open at the top. Gary and his team communicated clearly for entry and exit but otherwise left us alone unless we had a question. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Magrit’s place on Maui! The place was comfortable (including the beds!), private, and had spectacular views. There was not direct beach access, but we knew that going in and we spent lots of time exploring the island and other beaches. Having our own yard overlooking the waves (and surfers) was just right for us while we sipped our morning coffee or unwound from a busy day. While the north shore is a bit more humid and the beaches are less calm, we much preferred this area to the other parts of the island where all the resorts are located. Paia is very cute with some great restaurants and shops and it’s centrally located for exploring the north country or the road to Hāna. If it didn’t take 12+ hrs to fly there we would be back there again soon!

Beautiful place. Breeze, view and sounds of the ocean were wonderful.

Hawaii Life thought of everything. The condo was spotless. The views and lanai made it worth every penny. The host was always available to answer questions, even helping me to remove fabric stains and helping with business paperwork. This was above and beyond. The amenities were superb but the personal touch with food and activities recommendations, nice beach chairs, wagon, coolers, sunscreen, shampoo, coffee maker, keurig, and espresso machines made things seem like at home. We didn’t need to purchase a lot of extras just to throw away after 8 days. We love to travel and I would by far say this is the best place we have stayed. Not only the location and cleanliness but the personal touch in every detail! We will be telling our friends about this location.

Room A 204 has an incredible view of Napili Bay and great access to tide pools, sand and surf. The studio room with kitchen had everything we needed and we appreciated the bag of Maui coffee, ready to perk! The unit was clean and well stocked with towels and beach gear. (Small problem with TV sound was answered promptly.) We were also able to pop down the stairs to The Gazebo takeout window for an order of the Hawaiian Fried Rice! The pool is also just steps away with shady spots to sit and whale watch or read! We will definitely come back to 204 at Napili Shores!

Beautiful view. Woke up to rainbows and sea turtles popping their heads up almost every day. Easy access, parking and great amenities. Also the ‘starter’ laundry pods, dishwasher pods and toilet paper were adequate. Some places give you nothing. This one was great. Close access to beaches/ resorts for dinners & spa. Pull out sofa as second bed is actually comfortable.

This rental was far above any rental we have used in the past, and we have been coming to Lahaina for many years. Marcella is a terrific host. The condo was very well furnished with everything we needed. Our four weeks went way too quickly, and we can’t wait to get back next year. If you are looking for the perfect Maui rental, look no further than this unit. It is fantastic.

I am a newlywed. We stayed at Lonelle’s place for our honeymoon last month. It’s beautiful, clean and has an amazing view of the ocean from the porch. Lonelle is swift in her responses and helpful with recommendations when needed.

Tom's place exceeded our expectations! His place had everything that we needed. The ocean view was beautiful, and the grounds were very well maintained. The swimming pool and small beach area were perfect for relaxation. And the highlight of our stay was definitely watching whales every morning from the balcony - truly magical! Tom was a fantastic host, responsive, and accommodating. We'd definitely recommend his place to anyone looking for a wonderful Maui getaway!

Fabulous place, location is perfect! Access to the gorgeous beach couldn’t be closer. Very comfortable bed & whole space super clean and had everything you could want for a great day at the beach and a relaxing evening in. We had the best time!
