For wine lovers HB boasts over 100 wineries, ideal for tastings/tours.

The Cottage LtC ( lemon tree cottage)

This cute little self contained studio cottage is situated in our back garden surrounded by a lovely garden and fruit trees. It has been beautifully decorated and is very well equipped. At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. Complimentary pastries or muffins, fruit bowl, chocolates, tea, moccona coffee or plunger coffee, milo, milk & bottled water.

This delightful studio private bedroom is close to Ahuriri, town, the Botanical Gardens, many gorgeous restaurants, walkways and other amenities. The room is private with a separate entrance and own bathoom. That means you can treat it as a hotel, or if you need any help in organising tours or restaurant bookings we are happy to help you. We have two little cats who will stay out of you way but we would love to have you come and stay and share our home with you. Welcome to our home!

Also the flat is reached by 30 steps down from the street. You are a short 10min walk from the cafes, restaurants & bars that Napier & Ahuriri have in abundance.

Lovely & open self contained, 1 bedroom stand-alone cottage. Approximately 200 steps, & one street back from Westshore Beach, which is great for swimming in the summer. Queen bed. En-suite bathroom. Close to a cafe, dairy, fish n chip shop, & pharmacy. It’s a 7 minute drive to town. It’s a few minutes drive from the airport. Continental breakfast of home made cereal, milk, fruit, & Nespresso coffee, tea provided. Happy to consider & negotiate longer stay. We live next door.

There are two major supermarkets and shopping centres that are a short drive away.

Situated in our sister hotel, expressotel, this spacious 50m² room has a luxurious King sized bed and separate lounge room. The room is complimented by an en-suite bathroom with spa bath and shower. The room is either available as a one bedroom with Lounge, or as a two bedroom with Lounge & two bathrooms (subject to availability). Our sleep out has been refurbished to a high standard with quality linens and locally made products. It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . There are no cooking facilities but a basic breakfast is provided.
