Vacation rentals with breakfast in Napa County

Carol’s place was great. We stayed here for Bottlerock 2025 and although it’s a drive into Napa, Carol’s gave us a quiet and peaceful get away from the hustle and bustle. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were great, too. Carol is also a very friendly and insightful woman who has many stories to share with you! I enjoyed my short conversations with her. I would stay at Carol’s again as a single traveler or as a couple looking for an affordable place to stay in the Napa Valley.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely Airbnb, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room itself was very comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that made for a perfect getaway. Felt more like a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. Just a completely, friendly, family welcome. I love when I can be in a space with people who feel like you've known them your entire life. The space is very clean, the bed is squishy, the other guests here at the time were friendly, walking distance to downtown Napa, and if you appreciate art, you'll appreciate the collection in the home. We also felt like we had the home to ourselves despite the amount of rooms bookable and having John's AMAZING pops around (I seriously wanted to take him home just to have around to "says hi" with in my Wisconsin Home, LOL)!

Nicole is a awesome host, she is friendly and made us feel right at home. Her dog tooloose ( I Hope i spelled it right) is such a character and took to my wife. I would recommend Nicole for anyone wanting a quiet and peaceful place.

This was easily the best air bnb I stayed at. From check in to check out I felt welcomed . Both Jeannie and her son were kind and considerate as hosts and made sure I was comfortable. There is a lovely outdoor space to enjoy a fire and the bathroom was stocked with personal care items which added a special touch. To top it off they went above and beyond to prepare a restaurant worthy breakfast. Truly worth every penny and I would 100% return when in the area

Janna was is attentive and knowledgeable about the area. She is very sweet and made the best breakfast blueberry muffins. Also the check-in and out process was extremely easy. Thank you very much for your hospitality and we will most definitely try to book again.

Russell and Alice are amazing hosts, in the traditional bnb model. They made us breakfast and shared lots of their time conversing with us. A super nice and welcoming couple.

We had an amazing stay at M. Thomas’ house! He was very welcoming and helpful and the house was just like we would have wanted it: clean, modern, comfy, with nice outdoor equipment to fully enjoy the stay (brasero, swimming pool). I definitely recommend this place for a few days in Sonoma county

This airbnb has a lot going for it. It is two blocks away from the train station, across the street from Whole Foods, one block from a very good mexican eatery that is well loved by locals, and within 10 minutes from downtown. But for someone having to downsize, Austin went above and beyond. I’m so glad I stayed here. To be helped when you need it most, that’s everything!

What a lovely place! Super cozy and beautifully decorated. The skylights bring in a lot of natural light and the patio is so sweet. I was greeted by two little birds singing their songs each day. Highly recommend! :)

The Owl studio was great. Easy to find, close to town, clean, quiet, comfortable. Joe is a great host, very responsive and helpful. Would go back!

We chose to stay here very last minute and were so pleased with the accommodations when we arrived. Absolutely everything we needed was provided, and Joe was extremely accommodating and flexible. This little guest house is quaint and clean and perfectly decorated. I felt so at home. Everything was top-notch and we loved having the extra space of the courtyard outside our door. We loved our stay! Our host was wonderful...great communication and accommodating! Everything was as described....beautiful and clean. Breakfast was wonderful...a real treat that takes you back to traditional Bed & Breakfast days. Great location, close to shops and many wonderful restaurants, coffee and cafes. Highly recommend!!

This is a small hotel very close to downtown Napa with lovely amenities including an in suite jacuzzi tub. It was a comfortable, private room and the owners are easy to communicate with. I would come back on another trip!

Functional BnB, 11 room house built in 1892. Attendee on site but not with the same scope of responsiveness as a hotel (e.g. no ice machine) but it was a wonderful location and all the charm of vintage house with very well updated amenities. The bathroom was fully updated with a retro-style consistent with the period. The front desk host was very proactive and responsive. My ONLY grievance is that I asked for an early check-in and did not receive a response. Had I received a "No early check-in" response, I would have accepted it and planned accordingly. This is a place to visit, then revisit.

Great place! Loved the service and food. It was difficult to get ubers in Sonoma in July. Something to keep in mind if you are traveling at that time without a car!

Joe was an amazing host and the property was exceptional. It felt so private like we were on our own vineyard and it was so close to downtown Napa. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Great stay at Greta’s! The space is neat & tidy in peaceful, quiet surroundings. It’s very dog friendly and the breakfast is a really nice touch.
