The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view.

Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. It is located on the northern coast of Paros, with one of the most picturesque harbors flooded with fishing boats at its center. Picturesque alleys and the Venetian castle on its beach, the so-called Kastelli, illuminated at night, give a magical touch to the whole scene. The sandy beach of Agioi Anargyroi is a 7-minute walk.

It’s just one second away from the beach and just 5-7 minute drive away from the port. So close to Parikia but at the same time so far away. A peaceful place with great views and a plunge pool(2,5cm x 3,00cm).
