I've updated the photos of the room. The bunk bed in the Western-style room has been removed and replaced with two single beds. The maximum number of guests has been changed to 6. If you already have a reservation for 7 or more people, you can stay with the same number of people without any changes. Naoshima has become a tourist destination not only for Japan but also for the whole world. What changes, what doesn't. Each blends naturally, and the air flows in a way that can only be experienced in Naoshima. You'll feel it even more by staying on Naoshima. Sakura-so opened in the summer of 2014. It is a guest house with a nostalgic Showa-era atmosphere. 5-minute walk from the center of Naoshima's Miyanoura. It is located in a very quiet place. There is a Japanese-style room with futons (up to 4 people) and a Western-style room with 2 single beds (2 people). You are renting the entire property. Naoshima "Art Island" 2-story private rental traditional Japanese house | 5 minutes on foot from Miyaura Port, limited to one group per day

This is "Kaze no Jidai", a private 2-story accommodation located on Naoshima, which is famous for its art. Conveniently located within walking distance of the ferry terminal, you can stay in a stylish space that is a renovated traditional Japanese house. In addition to the entire second floor (2 tatami-mat rooms and 1 wooden floor room), you also have exclusive use of the toilet, washroom, and bath on the first floor, so your privacy is fully protected. Breakfast and dinner can also be provided in the cafe space on the 1st floor upon request (reservation required, separate from the accommodation fee). This is a place where you can relax with family or friends while enjoying art.

Haus2354: A whole house rental. 5 mins to the port

Haus2354 is within 5 minutes walking distance from Ieura Port, the main gateway of the island. It is also very close to Teshima Yokoo House and is in the area where you can find small shops and eating places. Haus2354 is a Japanese style house with Japanese style floor bedding, and we rent out a whole house during your stay. There are direct boats from Teshima to Shodoshima, Naoshima and Inujima. This place could be your base for island hopping considering its good access to the port.
