This is a rental cottage by the sea on Naoshima, a sacred place for art.There are two buildings, one on the sea side and one on the mountain side, and Kai is the sea side building.Free parking is available on site, which is rare in Naoshima. The building is a separate two-story building, with 6 beds in the ground floor bedroom and up to 2 futons in the Japanese-style room on the second floor, so you can stay between 6 and 8 people. There is a family-type kitchen and washing machine, so it can be used not only for family and friends, but also for student training camps, seminar trips, etc. It is a 3-minute walk from OHANA to Kikaburi, and a 2-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, making it an ideal base for sightseeing while staying in Naoshima. Enjoy a relaxing time on Naoshima Island in an interior that uses plenty of wood from local construction shops. I've updated the photos of the room. The bunk bed in the Western-style room has been removed and replaced with two single beds. The maximum number of guests has been changed to 6. If you already have a reservation for 7 or more people, you can stay with the same number of people without any changes. Naoshima has become a tourist destination not only for Japan but also for the whole world. What changes, what doesn't. Each blends naturally, and the air flows in a way that can only be experienced in Naoshima. You'll feel it even more by staying on Naoshima. Sakura-so opened in the summer of 2014. It is a guest house with a nostalgic Showa-era atmosphere. 5-minute walk from the center of Naoshima's Miyanoura. It is located in a very quiet place. Mukojima gathering place is located 100m from Naoshima on Mukojima with a population of about 10 people.This is a private accommodation for one group per day for up to 3 people, and includes meals (2 meals in the evening). The owner himself cook and serve it. Meals are also included in the price. There is a separate drink fee. You can also enjoy domestic and international natural wines and craft gins with meals. Please use a sea taxi for transportation. There are also sea taxis in Mukojima, so please message us. In principle, we do not allow re-transfers of people who have visited the island once. It is an island with no vending machines, so it is an inn for those who want to spend a relaxing time. Feel free to enjoy the books, records, etc. in the building. Additional fees such as drinks at dinner will be paid in cash. The meeting place is Naoshima, Honmura Port.

This room is on the second floor of a two-story building. There is an entrance and shower room on the ground floor, and there is a separate entrance and a restaurant. We've carefully designed the fixtures and layout so that you can enjoy this facility at your leisure, as well as use it as a place to stay while traveling. In the dining room with an island kitchen, you can enjoy music with high-quality speakers. Enjoy the scent and feel of the rare pine flooring. For the bedroom area, we have thick futons instead of beds, also with small children in mind. In addition, the futon area is slightly elevated with tatami mats. One of the closest accommodations to Uno Station, it also has excellent access to outlying islands such as Naoshima. Convenience stores and popular restaurants are also close. English available.

One-group-per-day accommodation is run by the artist "usaginingen," who moved from Berlin to Teshima. We offer meals with homegrown vegetables and rice, delivered to your room by reservation. Near the Teshima Museum and Shima Kitchen, it offers nice views from the deck.
