I’m so glad I found this spacious and quiet home just a block from the metro and bus stops. The location made getting around incredibly easy. The house itself is roomy and comfortable, with a full kitchen and convenient laundry. Lucy is a wonderful host who is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. This is a great place to stay in Taiwan!

離逢甲夜市不會太遠，住宿內部公共區域很遼闊舒服

住宿地離逢甲夜市非常近，但不吵雜，地理環境偏隱秘

十分有家的感覺 適合一群朋友入住 不過開車的朋友找停車位會比較苦手 以及衛浴稍小 其他都很棒

整體來說很棒，公共空間大 ，有桌遊小房間很不錯，廚房也夠用，吹風機很給力，洗澡時溫度好調且夠強，冷氣也足夠冷，也有提供舒服的毛毯，四周走路就能到熱鬧可以逛的區域，整體CP值高，推薦～～

타이중과학박물관 앞에 있는 빌딩에 자리잡은 숙소입니다. 주변은 주택가이고 큰 학교가 있어서 조용하지만 걸어서 과학박물관과 백화점등을 이용할 수 있습니다. BRT가 근처 큰 길에 있어서 타이중 구시가지와 각종 명소들을 가기 편하고, 고속철도 타이중역에서도 지하철을 타고 시청역에서 갈아타면 쉽게 접근이 가능합니다. 번화가가 가깝다보니 편의점과 맛집 들이 꽤 많아 불편함이 없이 지낼 수 있습니다. 방은 1-2인이 지내기에 적당한 크기입니다. 화장실은 좀 작지만 그래도 편하게 이용할 수 있는 크기입니다. 엘리베이터가 설치되어 있어서 짐을 가지고 있어도 편하게 옮길 수 있습니다. 주인과는 소통이 매우 잘 됐습니다. 특히, 부탁을 하면 가능한 경우에 관하여 얼리체크인도 해주어서 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 또 체크인 하고 방에 들어가보니 시원하게 에어컨이 켜져있었고 맞아주는 음악과 과자들도 있어 편하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 나중에 타이중에 다시 오게 된다면 이곳에서 묵게 되지 않을까 합니다.

It was a good stay - the apartment is quite big, isn't too loud (apart from the AC hum on the balcony, but at least its a uniform sound), feels pretty cozy, internet is ok (I think 50mbit, at least that's what I got via speedtest). The area is nice if you want to stay around the Fengchia night market, there's a bus stop next to the building, as well as a 7-11. There's unfortunately no subway in this district (maybe someday), but if you combine decent walking and Uber you should be able to get around to points of interest. Two things I didn't like, that could be easily solved. Towels - you get disposable towels that feel like a kitchen rag, it's not a great experience and also bad for the environment... had my own but had to use the disposable on the last day (to not pack a wet towel). You wash and change the linens anyway, why not do the same with normal towels? The other thing is a lack of night light - would be great to have a lamp near the bed, as the ceiling lamp is very bright.

We had a great time at this accommodation. The host was very responsive and helpful.

R&E was brilliant. Close to essentials like 7-11 and PX Mart, and surrounded by some very cool restaurants, clothing stores, attractions and scenery. Nice to walk along Calligraphy Greenway to the museums. The apartment was spacious and secure with very comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Highly recommended for a cool stay in Taichung!

Thank you, Jerry, for being such a wonderful host! The apartment was beautifully renovated, clean, and fully equipped — we especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the large Smart TV. The bed was very comfortable, and the soundproof windows made for peaceful, uninterrupted sleep despite being near the roadside. While the stairs were a bit of a challenge with luggage and kids, it encouraged us to travel light — a blessing in disguise! There was a minor issue with the inside gate, but Jerry responded quickly and resolved it. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent hospitality. Highly recommended!

Great host. His extremely proactive in guiding us to this place and he waited for us till we arrived to bring us into the flat. Overall great host and a very convenient location in Taichung.

Conveniently located, near the museum, lots of restaurants within a minute walk, also SOGO is across the street with small super market in level B1. Bus stops within 500 meters so it’s very easy to navigate the other parts of the city. Host is very responsible and easy to communicate 🥰

Great place to stay! Lots of stores around the area, family mart is just around the corner for those who need to book train tickets in advance. There's kura sushi and gukatsu right across the street. Great sky views from the room. Room was easy to find, free laundry was a treat. I would book here again.

Stephanie’s place is spacious and clean. Definitely more than enough space for my family of 6. We have enjoyed our stay here!
