Our recently built Annexe sits on the site of the Old Village Blacksmith’s in the quiet scatter village of Caerwedros. Inside it retains the old stone walls to our cottage which feature both in the bedroom and living room . It has been finished to a high standard and is ideally suited for two people but there is a sofa bed in the living area. ONE PET only . We are situated 3miles from the seaside town of NewQuay (Wales) with its sandy beaches and Dolphins. Walking distance of the Coastal path.

In an enviable position just a 5 minute walk from a sandy beach, Ellesmere is a terraced house in New Quay. Our family bought the house in 1963, and three generations have enjoyed holidays here, escaping from the hustle and bustle of modern life. The house is comfortable and homely rather than boutique. Perfect if you want to get fit as it is up a steep hill, but within walking distance of New Quay's beaches, shops and eating places, it is also a 5 minute walk to the Ceredigion Coastal Path.

Swn-y-don (Sound of the Wave) is a beautiful 4 bedroom seafront home has just being completely refurbished to luxury standard. Directly in front of 3 beaches, 2 of which are dog friendly all year round. Out side space with seating, BBQ and entertainment area.
