Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges, and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, terrace and enclosed garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood and unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 minute drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

We have renovated our grandfather's house as a family. We believe that you will have pleasant moments there. The house is ideally placed between Lyon- Grenoble- Chambéry close to the mountains, in the middle of the Dolphin countryside. (Lyon 30 minutes, Chambéry 25 minutes, Grenoble 30 minutes). Come and stay in this beautiful renovated barn, which is over 300 years old. There is a very special microclimate of relaxation, tranquility, and vacation, with a heavenly view! In short, a side of Provence in Chartreuse! I live in this house and release it when I'm booked in order to leave it for you privatized. So you have access to the whole house except my room and garage. However, I am leaving my cats, Roxy and Gribouille.

We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.

House built in 2010, modern style very pleasant to live in, surface area 190 m2, 4 rooms (1 parental bedroom with bed 160x200, 2 bedrooms with a bed 160x200 / room; on the first floor 1 additional bed 150x190 cm, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs). Loud music that could be an issue with the neighborhood is strictly forbidden as well as dancing on the heating floor, which is not a dancefloor.
