Lovely spacious apartment; myself and my two teenagers booked a slot in the pool daily; it is a great size to do a full hour of swimming. The pool is brilliantly set out and the sauna looked amazing too. The air con was very responsive, which suited the hot weather. The contactless iPad was easy to use to access any details I needed about the area. The restaurant ‘Comme chez vous’ was a great recommendation, just 1.5km away. We did cross paths with Sebastian outside our accommodation, and he was very friendly. I would recommend this accommodation.

A very nice place in the heart of Chimay. The apartment is very cosy and nice. If you need the toilet while being in the living room you need to climp the stairs to get to the toilet which is located on the first floor. We stayed in Chimay in October and we expected the town to be more livily than it actually was.

Très bien accueilli. Hôte aimable et à disposition. Logement conforme à la description et très propre. Je vous le conseille vivement pour passer un week-end ou autres endroits vraiment très paisible.

On a passé un séjour vraiment très agréable. Un accommodation hors norme. Un endroit idillyque, calme avec les joies de la nature à sont apogée. Anne est un hoste très fort sympathique et joyeuses. Fantastic hotel on a quiet side road with easy access to two of the great neighborhoods in Brussels. Quick walk to grand place, note damn, and more. The pool and sauna were top notch. The breakfast and drink bar were everything g needed plus some. Definitely staying again!

Evelyne is een heel aangename host. De communicatie met haar verloopt heel vlot en je kan alles aan haar vragen. Ze geeft ook spontaan veel tips over wat je allemaal in de buurt kan doen. Het is een zeer rustige locatie, ideaal voor als je even van de drukte wilt ontsnappen. Een aanrader!

L’idée première de mon w-e étant la balade, je n’ai que peu profiter de cette chambre avec salle de bain privative. Pourtant celle ci présentait une literie confortable, et toute les commodité pour passer un agréable moment. La proximité du Lac du Val Joly, même à pied est un réel plus ! Les alentours sont calmes, et l’espace est ouvert sur une belle parcelle. Ça permet de se lever avec un café au chant des oiseaux. Ilayda et sa famille ont été particulièrement discret. J’avais l’impression d’être seul dans le logement chaque fois que j’y faisais un rapide saut.

Un lieu paisible et splendide qui nous a complètement enchantées ! Tout était absolument impeccable, et nous avions vraiment l’impression de remonter dans le temps. Chaque détail, des objets à la musique en passant par l’atmosphère, était soigneusement pensé, et nous avons été totalement sous le charme ! 😊 Il est important de noter que les escaliers sont un peu raides, donc une petite attention est nécessaire, mais cela n’a en rien gâché notre séjour. Tout le reste était tout simplement parfait. Nous avons également été ravies par l’hospitalité exceptionnelle. Clémentine nous a raconté avec passion l’histoire de l’hostellerie, rendant le lieu encore plus fascinant. Et que dire du thé qu’ils servent, absolument délicieux ! Un endroit unique et chargé d’histoire que nous recommandons sans hésitation. Merci pour ce séjour inoubliable ! 🤍

Un weekend en amoureux incroyables avec des équipements de qualité et un cadre incroyable

Im Großen und Ganzen eine super Unterkunft für einen guten Preis. Alles ist ohne Komplikationen abgelaufen und es gab wirklich viel Gemeinschaftsplatz. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Gerne wieder.

Initial impression was great, nice reception area and friendly staff. Room was clean and was better than the pictures.

The pictures are representative and the place felt really cozy, with new furnitures and cleaned up rooms. Very good hostel for that price

很不错的体验

Wij zijn gastvrij ontvangen en de kamer was zoals wij dat voor ogen hadden. De informatie was duidelijk en alle mogelijkheden zijn goed aangegeven. Verder kregen wij leuke tips om de omgeving te verkennen. Wij genoten van de rust en de stilte die wij in Nederland niet meer kennen. Heerlijk gefietst met onze mountainbike en als bonus nog een enorm hert gespot. Kortom wij hebben een paar heerlijke dagen (5) in de Ardennen gehad.

We loved this place which is full of character and comfortable, but worth noting that the area around Brussels midi does have some issues with petty crime so bear that in mind if you're a woman alone and generally keep an eye on your stuff. The flat itself felt fine as it's very secure.
