It was an amazing place to stay at. Travelled with the family and we all enjoyed our stay. The place is close to the beach and one could easily take a walk and it’s also a short drive away from the mall. A quiet and safe neighborhood and checking in one was super easy.

A beautifully furnished studio apartment with a spectacular view! The apartment had everything we needed, including food, which was a very pleasant surprise! Mike was very helpful, giving us a tour of the building and apartment on arrival. He was friendly, easy to talk to and always ready to assist us, should we have had any other needs with regards to the apartment or even just trying to figure out a nice place to go out that night. The apartment was so great, we didn't even need to leave! Real value for your money! Will definitely be back!

She is a very friendly and sweet person. She is said to be a doctor by profession. Check-in was also very easy to check in. When I sent her a message, she replied right away. Her entire house was very safe and peaceful. The room I used was spacious and comfortable. The toilet and shower were also very clean. She was very attentive to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. I had a very comfortable stay at her house. She made us scrambled eggs the next morning, and we enjoyed it. I was very satisfied.

The experience was something out of this world! From beginning to end we were treated like VIP’s yet it felt like home at the same time! The on site staff were simply amazing and attentive, having our own private ranger Rochelle living on the property provided safety as well as expertise! She is unbelievably knowledgeable as well as kind and accommodating and went out of her way to show us beautiful wildlife sitings! Expect more than what you get, the listing has private chalets instead of bedrooms all in a house which all include King Sized beds and outside showers and super comfortable linen! I cannot wait to come back! Thank you for a magnificent getaway!

The hosts were exceptionally nice and willing to help any time. I loved the place, the pool, the lounge and dinning setup stood out for me as I had teenage girls with me who enjoyed the lounge and pool. I would recommend some maintenance on a few things though. I highly recommend the place and will definitely come back; it felt like home.

We had the pleasure of staying here for a week while we explored Livingstone. The decor is beautiful with a real homely feel. The house is exceptionally clean, from bedding and upholstery to bathrooms and floors.The bedrooms make for a very comfortable sleep and have ample storage space.There are air conditioning units in all the bedrooms when you need it. (On that note, there is 24/7 power, we experienced no issues with the dreaded load shedding!) Don’t get a fright in the shower though, the water is purified river water so it has a brown tinge (this just adds to the charm, in my opinion!) Angela is the caretaker at the property and she is so lovely She knows the area well and if you have any questions she’ll be there to help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it made for a fantastic base from which to explore all that Livingstone has to offer! My children fell in love with Zambia here and did not want to leave! Thank you for such a memorable stay!
