I stayed with Milankies family for a month and had a really good time. The area is quiet and safe to walk around. The kitchen was well equipped and you have everything you need for cooking easy meals. The wifi works well and the hosts were very helpful when I had any questions. They is a supermarket and some restaurants close by too.

Beautiful place, tucked away in a quiet corner of Free State. Great commutation by the host. The place is very clean especially areas that matter; the bathroom, linen and towels. My family and I felt safe.

Cannot fault this Airbnb/guesthouse at all. Located within easy walking distance from the NWU’s main entrance, reasonably priced, excellent hospitality and friendliness from the host, good WiFi and breakfast, spacious room (almost a full bachelor flat), squeaky-clean with crisp linen, ample safe off-street parking. Thank you, Wilhelm and Louise. If ever I need to be in Potch again for a university-related event, I know where I’ll be staying. All the best.

Truly great hosting, location, premises and accommodation. Super proactive communications, Andreea responded almost immediately to my many adhoc requests and questions. My plans and dates changed several times, accommodated each time with impressive flexibility. Beautiful outside space around the pool area. For exercise I ran the 2km stretch through the embassy /presidential district to the local high end coffee place. An easy 5-10 drive to a couple of restaurant and live entertainment options. I would love to stay again.

Hayley and Levi’s Little Bush Cottage is the perfect cozy getaway! Nestled in the bush, it’s peaceful and serene, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The cottage is beautifully designed, with a comfy bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely outdoor area to enjoy the sounds of nature. Hayley and Levi were wonderful hosts—friendly, responsive, and full of great local tips. If you’re looking for a quiet escape surrounded by nature, this is it. We can’t wait to come back! Deb's place is a newly decorated gem and has two large bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a big sitting room-cum-kitchen. Conveniently located near to the N7 in a quiet neighborhood. Secure parking and the host was very helpful and lives on the same erf.

I recently stayed at a delightful cottage, and it was the perfect getaway. Tucked away in a peaceful setting, the cottage had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The interior was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay—everything from a fully stocked kitchen to a comfy living area with a fireplace. The natural light streaming through the windows offered beautiful views of the surrounding nature, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the scenery. The outdoor space was just as charming, with a small porch and nearby trails perfect for a morning walk or evening stroll. What really stood out, though, was the owner’s hospitality. They were incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and providing helpful recommendations for nearby activities. Overall, this cottage was an ideal escape for relaxation and nature. I left feeling refreshed and am already planning my next visit. Highly recommend it!

A true peaceful stay in the city but as you enter his premises, you immediately feel like you’re somewhere within a farm outside Bloemfontein. We truly enjoyed our stay and we’ll definitely be coming back again. Wikus is quite a friendly and humble man.

Excellent apartment, brand new and impeccably clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The property features a lovely pool and a safe environment. The internet connection is outstanding, making it perfect for working remotely. Highly recommended!

Quiet location. Flat had most everything you need. Missing was a kitchen sink but the housekeeper would clean daily and take off the dishes and I could rinse them a bit in the bathroom sink. It was really hot when I stayed and the only fan was a ceiling fan over the bed. In summer you might want to bring an additional fan if the heat bothers you.
