From the cabin there are many great hiking opportunities, kayaking, diving, fishing, etc. To Hanshelleren, which is a unique climbing area, it is about 4 km. 7 km from the cabin there is a shop with a good selection of goods and a restaurant.

Cozy waterfront house in Kjærsundet, 5 minutes from Lauvsnes city center where you can refuel the boat from the jetty and there is a grocery store nearby. The Zanzibar Inn restaurant is also located at the edge of the jetty. At Lauvsnes there is also a fast charger for electric cars. The apartment is bright and modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, freezer, hairdryer, etc. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. Here you can enjoy relaxing days with the sea as the closest neighbor and beautiful rocks that belong to the property. Otterøya offers great hiking possibilities, both on foot or by bike. A nice starting point for kayaking and great fishing opportunities. Upon request, the entire house can be rented - great for larger groups.

Welcome to Fjær! Here you can stay in the historic Masstua with a lot of charm. The house, which was important on the traditional farm, is located at the entrance to the yard and has its own small garden. Here in the village there is rural tranquility, but also a lot of life with both horse, dog and nursing cows.
