Leiligheten på 75 m2, og er innredet i trematerialer. På den mørke årstiden lyser Trondheim by opp nattehimmelen mot sør. Dette er en tid på året som kommunens flotte lysløyper kan brukes.

It is situated close to the Trondheim Fiord and with access to the beach by foot.
