du Repos : 2-Bedroom Unit with Patio

ShadilleRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
WOW! This place was absolutely amazing, charming and beautiful. Although our stay was short, we would definitely want to come back for another stay. Didn’t really have time to enjoy the patio, but looking forward to with a next stay. Definitely worth the price and find. Thank you Alta :)

In The Valley

HaydenRating, 5 stars4 days ago
The place was excellent, albeit a little drive from shops and restaurants, the drive was worth it. It was great to get away from the city for a while and enjoy a warm fire, a nice glass of red and the kolkol in the evening. The sounds of the sheep was excellent background noise to family dinners out on the porch. The space was clean and well kept and the peach jam was the perfect touch of sweetness on a toasted slice of sourdough. Despite the cold weather, the accommodation itself felt warm and we were provided with extra warm blankets if needed.

Moon River's historic Herders Cottage Cederberg

KerryRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This is one of the loveliest places I have stayed at. I felt right at home, as if I belonged. So beautiful, peaceful, cozy and clean. The mountains are spectacular, the river bubbles along, the milky way is bright above, baboons preening themselves, jackal calls, warm flames of the night's fire and and the most comfortable bed ever when done exhaling all the city stresses away. The kitchen is well equiped and the little touches are just so well thought out, right down to the grammaphone and the special song waiting just for you.

Kalkfontein Kliphuis

MarkusRating, 5 stars10 months ago
The 'Kliphuis' on Kalkfontein farm is 'next-level' off-grid living and we really enjoyed our two nights there. The peacefulness we experienced, is exactly what our souls needed to recover from our hectic city-lives. Just candles at night, a beautiful warm crackling fire in the huge fireplace, the unbelievable night-sky, with stars so close it feels you can reach up and touch them, a hot shower before snuggling into a cozy, clean bed. You feel like you become part of history staying in the beautifully restored old stone house. Anine is one of the most authentic people we have met and takes great care to ensure you have everything you need as her guest. We will definitely be back.

The stay at the Corbelled house was nothing short of magnificent. The photos don’t do it justice! The expansive environment and attention to detail in the home is amazing. A beautiful time warp. And Charlene - who runs the farm and cares for the guests is wonderful. Thank you!

Ohana, a hidden sanctuary set in a private reserve

RaveenaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Absolutely gorgeous little gem! We thoroughly enjoyed Ohana - it’s so dreamy and peaceful. The attention to detail, the gorgeous setting, the well-equipped kitchen, the comfort factor in all the bedrooms and living area make for a very tranquil and restorative getaway. Would highly recommend in future. Thank you Debbie for being such a wonderful host! The only two things that would elevate the experience are a wood fired hot tub and a boma.
