It was a wonderful stay my family loved the view and rooms and Nivedita was a wonderful host she was very proactive and helpful and whatever help and guidance was required she did it instantly in all my trips this was the bestest place I have stayed and the view was awesome and was having ample space in from for kids also

Experience is absolutely delightful! Warm hospitality. The room is clean and well maintained. Good view of the lake from the balcony. The location is fantastic although be ready to walk uphill if you’re without a vehicle but it still will be worth it!

Property was extremely beautiful, I loved the interiors of the apartment it felt like a home away from a home. Highly recommend for a group travel of upto 6 guest if you want a combination of beauty and peace.

The property was beautiful with amazing views. The property is located on a small hill quite close to Mall road. The property was clean, had all the basic amenities and the staff was also very helpful and friendly. They have separate arrangements for the drivers as well so if you are going that way, it's all well accomodated. In short, it's a really worth place to stay and I would highly recommend staying at the place.

Nevedittas place was an amazing stay with beautiful view, a few basic amenities were missing like Iron and Gas cylinder to cook, however, upon request, she did arrange it instantly. We old love to be back here again and would recommend this to other guests.

The rooms were clean and the place is beautiful. Host Nivedita is responsive and helpful. The property has a great outdoor space where you can enjoy bonfire with your family. The location is exactly as described - just 200 meters from Mall Road. I'd say it's a great deal for anyone looking to stay near Mall Road with a lake view without spending 6K - 10K per night on hotel rooms. The only thing to note is that the 200 meters stretch is a steep climb to reach the home, which might be challenging for those with medical conditions. (I was traveling with my mom, who has a ligament tear in her knee.) However, Nivedita clearly informed me about this before accepting the reservation and I still chose to stay as Nainital, being a hill station, natually involves some amount of walking or climbing - no matter wherever you stay. Overall, highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this place and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. The place itself was charming and cozy, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings added a lovely touch to the overall ambiance. What truly sets this apart, however, is the outstanding hospitality provided by Shivani Ji. From the moment I booked until the end of my stay, she was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed, and she went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. One thing that stood out to me was how accessible Shivani Ji was throughout my visit. Whether it was recommending local eateries or offering assistance with any issues that arose, she was always just a call away, which gave me peace of mind knowing that help was readily available if needed. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. The check-in was easy. The rooms were clean, beds all made up, toilets were well maintained. Kitchen was great. The best part was the location. It was beautiful, the property is surrounded by mountains, it is a quiet and peaceful place. The lake is just in front of the property. One thing I would like to add is that the lake is not accessible directly from the property, for that you have to go around the property, which is not much of a task though. The caretaker was helpful and could also cook food if told him beforehand. The only problem I encountered there was of mobile network. Jio network did not work there but Vodafone-Idea worked flawlessly. The place doesn't have a WiFi which is not a big issue, but would be cherry on top if made available. Overall the stay was excellent, the rooms were huge and there was also provision of bonfire.

Great place with friendly people

This stay was beyond our imagination for we a group of 4 traveling together. So there's a list of things that helped cater our holiday in it's best. First the apartment is Huge, in a safe building with guard present 24×7, perfectly located between Naukuchiatal and Bhimtal, away from all the annoying noises at the same time, perfect to enjoy the tranquility. The building has ample space for the car to be parked safe, it even has a well kept lawn. The house is exceptionally decorated kinda colonial, in its first glance it looked Rich, spotless, Big TV with a super broadband, Big and clean washrooms, perfect wifi speed, kitchen well stocked, checklisted with all the amenities, Sleep quality awesome, and in particular I am fallen in love with the central chandelier in living room. Reeta is an amazing host, very humble and didn't leave a stone unturned to let us feel home during our 2 nights stay. God bless.. I am coming back !!

We had a wonderful stay at Lakefront Suites, Naukuchiatal. The location is perfect—right in front of the lake and just steps away from the adventure park. We tried kayaking and absolutely loved the experience. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a cozy, homely vibe. There’s decent parking space, and the place is exactly as shown in the photos. A special mention to Jagdish bhaiya, who made our stay even better—he helped us settle in and arranged food from nearby cafés. His warmth and helpfulness truly stood out. Overall, this place is a hidden gem offering peace, scenic beauty, and access to fun activities, all at great value. Highly recommended!

The stay was wonderful! Just a short walk from Mall Road, and while the initial uphill climb might seem a bit challenging, it's smooth sailing after that. The views from the property were stunning, and Nivedita was an exceptional host.

Not too far but still located at an untouched place. Place is easily reachable for an average driver. Balcony provides really beautiful view of the mountain. Its surrounded by peach trees which is very rare to see for people from plain. House has all necessary amenities. Rooms are quite big. You will feel at home. Caretaker cooks whatever you ask him and is a good cook. Overall a very satisfactory stay.

Adi's place is a nice apartment with all the amenities necessary for a great vacation. the apartment has 2 balconies, lots of natural light, with nice view of the forest behind the apartment. The kitchen has all that's necessary to cook your meals. well equipped. it's little bit secluded from the main road, it's very peaceuful area with a good silence. thank you Aditiya, for your fast respond and smooth communication. thank you!
