Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In the heart of a small village, 5 minutes from the shops with walks around Lake Ganguise within walking distance. Come and discover the Lauragais and the surroundings between the Canal du Midi and the Toulouse region on one side about 50 minutes away and on the other Carcassonne with its superb city. Living room/kitchen on the ground floor then upstairs a transition room with a modular bed for 2 people, and a bedroom with bathroom and sink.

Simple and practical studio, downtown, shops

Our goal is to provide the best possible welcome to travelers passing through, within a reasonable budget. Simple and 18m2 in size, our studio is nevertheless very functional, fully renovated in 2023. It is close to all shops within walking distance. Arrive independently at a time that suits you, temporarily park in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then park nearby for free. Bus lines L109 - Labège or L6 and 81 - Toulouse via the metro are 100 m away. Security cam outside.

Nature Break. Quiet Cosmos House + Parking

Nature lovers will find their happiness in the 45 m2 COSMOS house on the edge of the forest. You will enjoy the calm and greenery 14 km north/east of Toulouse. The village is conveniently located between Labège Innopole and Blagnac. Walk in the woods next door. For your cultural outings you are 20 minutes from the Cité de l'Espace and Aeroscopia. Albi is 40 minutes away (Unesco World Heritage Cathedral) 1 hour from the city of Carcassonne, Revel and its market and the St Férréol basin.

Your home away from home

Independent studio, with its own entrance and exit, in the garage of a detached house on the hillsides and very close to the village of Castanet-Tolosan, at the end of a private road. Parking is available in front of the house. Welcome and key exchange by the family. 25 m2, very clean, with everything you need to rest, cook, work… 15-minute walk to the center of Castanet with shops, restaurants, small cinema. Bus stop at the bottom of the road to reach Ramonville metro station.

The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

Independent studio near city center and train station

The studio is located in a quiet and charming area, close to shops, 10 min walk from the city center (Halle aux grains, François Verdier metro station) and 15 min from the train station. There you will find: - a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress (Tediber), - a kitchenette (microwave, induction stove, mini fridge), - a bathroom with large shower and toilet. Access is independent, allowing total autonomy. We will be happy to advise you during your stay in Toulouse.

At the foot of the hiking trails, it is only 5 minutes from the historic center and the amenities of the city of Foix. Secure parking, outdoor area with views of nature! We also offer an on-site electric bike and snowshoe rental service.

Un très beau gîte de charme, rénover avec beaucoup de cœur et de goût. Le gite est a 12 minutes de St Girons et ses magasins situé sur le bord d'un hameau rural le Cap d erp , avec vues fabuleux sur les forêts vierges, la vallée, les collines et montagnes. Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.
