It was a good choice for a family trip. The resort's shared pool and beach are also within walking distance. The place was clean and spacious as shown in the photos. The host is also nice. I was able to communicate in Korean. Thanks to you, we had a great family trip.

This place was exactly what it appears to be. The house is breathtaking and the staircase it beautiful. If you don't like steps this may not be the place for you or if you have a lot of luggage. Everyone was so attentive and always ready to help. The local recommendation the assistance with transportation and the booking of excursions was simply amazing. The customer care and accessibility anytime was what makes this house stand out. The hosts literally ensure that you have everything you need. The really made me fall in love with Danang and I hope to be back soon and would definitely stay at the same place

The trip ended with a very pleasant feeling about the accommodation. The house was spacious with many amenities, and air conditioning throughout. My Khe Beach was just a few minutes' walk away, and there were many supermarkets nearby, and the place was also close to a bustling local market. The location was very valuable, and the host was very kind. I will return here again.

What a lovely place Uyen, really. It was better than the photos, the place was very nice and clean. Though it had a very bad cigarette smell when we came, so had to open all doors to get rid of. But, overall it was a really good experience here with a few problems here and there but i believe that can be ignored, must recommend for anyone coming to stay in Da Nang with family or friends as this place us very private and a bit remote from the city ( not too far away ) and is the perfect place to relax too because of the calm interior. Just a bit pricey that’s all. Oh and also the host is very kind and responsive. She did let us check in early too 🥰

Beautiful home in a secluded neighbourhood, Hannie was very helpful in providing information prior to our arrival and was accommodating in extra requests. The location was very serene and it was my family's favourite accommodation for our stay.

It's a little noisy because it's next to the road, but it was nice to have lots of amenities nearby. Most restaurants are located within 5 minutes, so you can eat comfortably, and a 24-hour grocery store is right in front of you, so you can buy what you need at any time. The pool was a little small, but it was clean and nice. I had a good rest for 3 nights.

What a wonderful home to stay in ! So beautifully furnished with tasteful local decor, a lush private peaceful garden with a lovely fish pond, just a few minutes from the beach and only a short cab ride to the old quarter ! The breakfasts provided every morning were fabulous and any questions we had were answered immediately ! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing beautiful stay in Hoi An !!

Located in a great area with lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Plenty of room for my family of 6. Home had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. Highly Recommended!

Everything was good except for the cleaning fee we have to pay per day.

Pros: It's a wooden house near the Danang coast. You use the whole house, and the atmosphere is nice. Cons: You have to close the door tightly in the evening to keep mosquitoes and bugs out. There is one bathroom in the 2nd floor bedroom, and the drainage is poor. -> In 30 minutes of inquiring, someone came and took care of the mosquito repellent and drain, and I was grateful (but the drainage was still insufficient) Summary: The atmosphere is the best with nature, and you'll have the spacious house to yourself. Not recommended for those who hate bugs and mosquitoes or those who prefer hotels

Excellent location and great place to stay! June is very responsive and also accommodating. I would highly recommend this place since it was close to everything. I would rebook if I ever visit Da Nang again!

It's clean and the accommodation is nice. The host is also friendly! Eight people went and had fun. The pool was spacious and nice, and it was paid for beer, water, and Korean ramen, but it was nice that it was equipped in advance. I really recommend a business trip massage and barbecue service. I think it's a pool villa. There's nothing around, so the location is a bit of a pity, but if you take a Grab ride, it's no big deal. Oh, and there are a few bugs, but I don't think bugs are inevitable due to the nature of the country... Still, I recommend it if you're traveling with a group at this price.

Hoi’s place was exactly as listed. Very clean and nice. She was very helpful and helped plan our trip to Ba Ha Hills and organised our transportation from there to Hoi An. Great experience and would stay there agains. Thank you for everything.

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

This was a lovely home! Beautifully decorated and neat, very spacious. We had the entire home to ourselves - it really felt like a home! Well equipped kitchen. Nhan was very quick to respond to any queries I had, and was very helpful in guiding us. Wish we had stayed for a bit more, and at leisure!

It's a really good place to stay for holidays with friends, the accommodation is comfortable, friendly, and the pool allows you to relax after a day of walking a lot, the host is responsive and answers all our questions, thank you for the stay, I recommend it!
