Efficiency apartment, very central (250 meters from the Civic Center), in a building just in front of Lake Nahuel Huapi (no view). Practical studio with a comfortable double bed plus a sofa bed. Smart TV with Netflix, wifi and kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle and electric stove. It is on the first floor by stairs (no elevator). The building is on the same block as the Rapa Nui and Mamuschka chocolate shops, but on the street facing the lake (the apartment does NOT have a lake view).
