It is a two-story apartment with a small staircase, where on each floor there is a bathroom both with a shower without a screen, the floor must be dried every time one showers. There are markets, pharmacies, food houses and other shops within 300 meters. The lake is reached by crossing a nice square in front and walking along the coast.
