The villa is newly built, with modern kitchen and bathrooms, with tropical gardens and a private pool. Fiber high-speed internet connection. In the morning you can buy your fish fresh on the beach (5 min. walk) and put it at night on the BBQ. Also, typical Dominican chef for additional fee &several excursions possible.

The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings and fully equipped, with air conditioning in the bedrooms; the main room has a noise-resistant window. Its location at the beginning of Las Ballenas beach makes it ideal for easy access to the main entertainment areas and strolling through the village. The residential complex has two swimming pools and exclusive parking. The rooftop pool offers incredible ocean views and is perfect for relaxing at sunset.

We have two casitas that are identical, they are separated private spaces. An open room with a bed and a couch that can be opened as a bed on the floor. The space is ideal for a couple. Or a couple with a small child. (two at most) There is a kitchen in the main area of the house that people can use but due to Covid we are limiting that, but please ask.
