飯田ICから車で約10分で行ける高原の別荘地で、リノベーションハウスを一棟貸しのゲストハウスとしてオープンしました。豪華ではありませんが、居心地の良い空間を意識してリフォームしています。キャンプ場に隣接する立地で、ウッドデッキでBBQを楽しんだり、湖畔のお散歩や釣りをされるなど、いろいろな楽しみ方が可能です。（キャンプ場は別料金となります。『沢城湖牧場キャンプ場』にご確認ください）屋内では、Wi-Fiで簡単に操作できるプロジェクターでホームシアターも楽しめます。Amazon prime VideoやNetflixのアカウントに接続可能。隣接する民家がないので、いつでも大音量でお楽しみいただけます。滞在中は84㎡の占有面積をご自由にお使いいただけます。洗濯乾燥機を無料で使っていただけますので、長期滞在にもお勧めです。自炊も可能な設備をご用意していますので、旅行プランに合わせた滞在スタイルを楽しんでいただけます。冬季（１月〜３月）は、キャンプ場付近５００メートル程に雪や氷が残ることがあります。お越しの際はスタッドレスタイヤ装着の車と、できれば４WDでお越しください。

How about staying a luxury 6 bed room villa? Our villa is walkable distance to Michi-no-Eki, Onsen, 7/11, restaurant and park. There is no houses in neighbor and very quiet area so you can enjoy BBQ party or any group event. We also have fire pit place at our beautiful garden! Quiet time is after 10pm. Please not make loud noises or loud music. The villa can occupy 16 people so it's perfect for group traveler and several family with children. We have big bath tub so please relax!

We have renovated a small wooden hut by woods. It stands on a plateau area over 1,000m elevation. When I was a child, my one of a dream was building my secret place like this by myself.
