The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Welcome to a charming little summerhouse where you can enjoy the waves and the chirping of birds for your morning coffee. Located just a few minutes walk from Kelstrup beach (about 100 meters), offers the perfect setting for the holiday. The large sun terrace is for long days in the sun and the large garden invites for play and games, while a practical outdoor shower is perfect for a rinse after a day at the beach. In addition, about 3 km to the beach and ice cream parlor. NOT RENTED FOR A PARTY. No smoking

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.
