The driveway is a good place to practice pickleball (a net, paddles, and balls are available.) A pond is on the property for catch and release. The home is an easy 20 minute drive from Nacogdoches. A nice modular home fully furnished, sleeps 3-4 comfortably just a few miles from historic downtown Nacogdoches. Come sit on the back porch and enjoy the outdoors. Stroll down the road to the pasture across road to see Zena the Zebra, Expo the Henni (mini horses/donkey) Blaze, and Little Man the horses. If hot they will retreat to shed in back of pasture. Excuse the weird noise you might hear it will be the guineas or geese being yard protectors.
